I'm a regular customer of this place. Their flavors are very representative, and the quality of the products is very good. The service is usually incredible.
I love that the place has options for everyone: gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. I'm not sure if it's a place for celiacs because of traceability, but I know they have gluten-free options in their dishes, which I really appreciate.
I recommend this place 100%.
The price-quality ratio is adequate. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to improve the bathrooms; they are outdated and poorly maintained.

The allergens menu is incorrect, a few things were marked as gluten free, even though they are actually not.
The common burger bread was quite soggy, as were the fries. One of our meals also had a long ass hair in it.
However, our waiter did know the allergens by heart and could advise us in spite of the menu errors.

Amazing place to get delicious gelato and coffee, as well as other treats. There's a decent selection of dairy free and gluten free gelato (sorbets), and the staff are very careful to avoid cross-contamination. The staff are very friendly and patient and happily answer questions. Highly recommend, and i will come again!
