Ordered pancake. it tasted like they've made it only with egg white but nothing else. so more you eat, the sicker you feel. I'd suggest to use rice flour if they stick with gluten free. As a Japanese person, I can tell you it's not authentic to make soufflé pancakes taste like this. Fun and unique interior desgin, although overall Japanese sentences in the design was a bit dodgy. Happy to help to adjust them as needed from the perspective of supporting a local business.

Twice I ordered from here and twice I got a wrong order. Once they got a non halal burger to my place even though it was clearly stated that the burger had to be chicken and no bacon. Another time they got me a non veggie and gluten free burger instead of the plant ve. They are just so unattentive and careless. Never ordering from them again.

Great pizzas and drinks at Franco Manca Chiswick this evening! The staff were helpful and attentive, took care of my need for a gluten free pizza base, and the food was fresh and tasted amazing! Will be coming back for sure.

We found this lovely cafe accidentally while visiting from Derbyshire, the staff are lovely and the food is incredible. My diet is gluten and dairy free and so had the gluten free vegetable flan which was SO good. In fact it was so good we went back the next day for lunch too, taking my sister who lives locally. Thank you for the warm welcome and the lovely food, if you would share your flan recipe I would be eternally grateful, especially the pastry which was melt in the mouth delicious!

awful experience really do not recommend. i rarely leave reviews but this was so bad i have to. i have a gluten allergy, which i specified when ordering. the person serving me was unempathetic and did not reassure me that what i was ordering was gluten-free. i don’t think they even knew themselves, and didn’t bother to check. after eating the bacon, i was told by one of the servers that it contained gluten. the staff members were rude and unempathetic. i was offered a refund for the breakfast which i was happy about. additionally, my friend ordered one of the smoothies and saw the person behind the bar sneeze into it which is a good reflection on the hygiene in that place. as i said i usually am able to look past minor errors / mistakes as long as they are met with solutions or basic empathy. i left feeling both ill and unhappy

Staff are incredibly attentive, with wonderful suggestions as well as excellent service throughout. The frozen margs are dangerously good, with one tasting like six more every time. The restaurant in general cater to allergies, specifically gluten, incredibly well. We didn’t feel like a burden at any point, and the attention to detail with the menu allergens was brilliant. Would absolutely recommend.

Celebrated my birthday with 18 others with all sorts of dietary requirements from gluten free to vegan, vegetarian to nut free + everything in between. The manager organised everything to perfection, just the way we had discussed (when we spoke at the time of booking). The food, both meat and vegetarian was delicious and it kept on coming. Everyone was catered for and we even took some home in doggy bags, along with the baklava! Beautiful decor inside-great for photos. I cannot fault the service and friendly nature of the manager and his team. A special mention to Angel, who joined in the celebrations and boogied to the birthday song like it was his birthday too! Brilliant!! Highly recommend it!
