Went for a birthday. My adult daughter loved the endless sushi boat. The gluten free options were minimal for me. I asked about the veggies included with the fried rice and was told there were asian vegetables in it. I ordered it with chicken and basically it's just a pile of rice with peas and a couple small pcs of grilled chicken. My husband got the general tso chicken (not GF) and he said it was just okay and not very filling. I told them we had a birthday but was not told of anything special they did for that. When I went to the restroom I saw a giant dragon and asked what it was for and they said birthdays. I asked for it, paid $25 for the dragon, a sign, and the dessert, but they said they don't sing. Okay it's a good photo op, but they come over with the sign, say her name, no dragon, so I had to asked the waitress, where is the dragon. So she went and got it a few minutes later. It was underwhelming at that point. The waitress was nice and attentive, it was busy on a Thursday night. It was just okay, I wouldn't go back because I don't eat sushi and that seemed like the only thing that anyone raved about in our group of 4.

Foxwoods isn't my favorite place to visit in CT. I don't enjoy gambling. But, I did recently visit Foxwoods for a concert (it's a nice venue for that kind of thing) and my hubby and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. It's close to the theatre. Anyway, if you're ever at Foxwoods for shopping or a show, Johnny Rockets is a relatively inexpensive place to eat! They are located on the main floor just at the beggining of the Outlets. The place was clean and the servers were friendly and attentive. The food here is surprisingly good! It have to manage a gluten allergy, and you'll do well here! Not only do they offer GF buns, but they will also offer to fry a burger for you on foil to reduce cross contamination. Of course, this isn't a GF kitchen, but every little bit helps. I was delighted that might server was careful to ask about my needs and sensitivity. It's a great place for all ages. It's a bit noisy given the location and also the fact that lots of families with kids will go here. But, if you need some casual food, it works and the food is good. Lastly, it struck me as an LGBTQ friendly place which is always a plus.

Great food every time! NY strip with the garlic butter was the top favorite for our family. James, our waiter, was fantastic. Very helpful with the menu and being gluten free.

They make their own gluten free pasta in house. If you let them know it’s Celiacs they boil and cook it separately. I got shrimp scampi with gluten free pasta and it was absolutely amazing!

Our service was good! The atmosphere, great. The food literally didn't taste fresh. My mistake for not speaking up, I should have. But to serve food that was basically cold and tasted like it was made hours before is a little insane. It was our whole table (5 people) that had food tasted like it was made hours before. They do cross contaminate, so don't trust them when they say they dont with specific foods containing gluten. We will not give this place another chance.
