I purchased a cake because the Hotel Allegria recommended this bakery to me. The cake was fine. The icing was disgusting. It was supposed to be buttercream but there was no butter in this icing. Instead it tasted like lard or some other type of greasy substance and was so thick! Additionally, I bought gluten-free cupcakes for family with gluten issues. Paid $1.00/cupcake extra b/c of the gluten free. They came in a box with another name on it - not Dountini’s AND no one ate any of them. My grandson said they were disgusting. Would never use this bakery again and will recommend that the Allegria not recommend!
