With a solid variety of gluten-free options and a laid-back vibe, this spot is a unique choice for casual dining but could use some decor love.

FINALLY a gluten free restaurant that is actually gluten free! They have dedicated fryers so there isn’t any cross contamination. The food is fantastic and the wait staff is very knowledgeable. If you’re gluten free, I highly recommend it.
Renowned for its unique crunch and chew texture, it's hailed as the top pizza spot in the area, but expect wait times due to its popularity.

Solid enough, the cheese wasn't on the entire pizza and the sauce is really thin so you can't taste it too much.
The fresh jalapenos on mine were great tho!
Gluten free crust was solid

Carmen's has a great gluten free menu, and David, the bartender who served us was absolutely exceptional. This is our first time here but we will definitely be back! Our new favorite place for lunch in Pensacola.
Tucked away in a food truck park, this cozy spot impresses with fresh flavors, unique menu items, and an inviting atmosphere.

Atmosphere, food, service was all exquisite. They were able to accommodate my mom and my brother in laws diet restrictions. Super celiac friendly! My husband and I shared the ribeye and the seafood fries. They both were amazing! The oysters were really good as someone who is used to PNW oysters from my home. They are hard to beat. We had a big group and our waiter was so sweet. Would love to come again if I'm ever back in town.
Experience vibrant flavors and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both newbies and locals looking for a tasty feast.

Obsessed. The vibe is so chill, and the aesthetic is lovely. They have very interesting drink options, lots of gluten-free goodies, and a record shop in the back. Big fan.
A solid fast food spot with tasty burgers and fries, plus a surprisingly good sweet tea that hits the mark for casual cravings.

Culver's has a gluten-free bun, so I figured I should try them out. The burger was a good fast food burger, which I haven't had in about 20 years. Fries weren't "extra crispy" but were still very good, and the sweet tea is just as good as the sweet tea from the place that makes all those donations I find unacceptable.
Though Culver's has the standard cross-contamination warnings, I've had no adverse reaction to eating the food I got, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I've been.
I'd say this is a really good option for someone with a wheat allergy, gluten sensitivity, or possibly even Celiac disease who wants to eat fast food-style burgers and fries.
