Just got served with a smile by a girl who's name starts with a S . Ì am celiac and lactose intolerant and she was very helpful . The food and restaurant is very clean . My food looked like art . It's so delicious . Ì love the smoked paprika sauce . Thank you give this girl a raise . She made my day. Ì will be back .

Buckets is a fast-food restaurant in the Great Wolf Lodge waterpark area which you can use your lunch vouchers at as part of the dining package there. Adult hamburgers come with onions and lettuce but child hamburgers do not. One important piece about this place is that they have gluten-free buns for hamburgers (no hotdog buns available when we were there early December 2023). Fries are also cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer so safe for those with allergies or celiac disease.
Casual vibe and diverse menu make it a hit for gatherings, plus attentive service adds to the enjoyable experience!

Vanshika was our server, she was the sweetest and took great care of us. She also was very diligent about the gluten and dairy allergies we had. Food was amazing, we would definitely recommend this!

Niagara Fallsview location - Vegan and Gluten Free - I have Celiac Disease and am vegan, so I ordered the Bean Bowl (with black beans), with Nachos and Guacamole on the side. The staff did not hesitate to change their gloves when asked. The portion size was good, plenty of ingredients. Well done!
