Typical pancake house atmosphere. That said, the food is awesome, the staff is lovely, and they have a gluten-free menu for those that would like that. Will definitely return.
A cozy spot with a diverse menu, attentive service, and a welcoming vibe that makes dining out with any dietary needs a breeze.

Never a bad meal here! Worth the wait.. Had three meals since March. Food is always fresh and servers are very friendly. My daughter has celiac and always feels safe eating here. Our Mother’s day lunch was delicious!

Berret's is the colonial seafood restaurant that was once a gas station. It has the tavern in town setting with indoor and outdoor seating, excellent food and wonderful service. Cornhole out in front and parking nearby.
One member of our party enjoyed the freshest Victory Point oysters and we all shared the appetizer sampler with more oysters. The blue plate with the she crab soup was unlike a blue plate anywhere else, with the meaty crab cake and large grilled shrimp artfully arranged atop a mound of home style mashed potatoes and veggies. The seafood baked in parchment paper is presented table side still steaming from the kitchen. The wild mushrooms with orzo and vegetables is a vegan plate that was a full meal.
For dessert I shared a massive slice of carrot cake with the orange cream buttercream and our other diner enjoyed the gluten free ultimate ganache brownie that was gooey and delicious.
The restaurant offers gluten free and vegetarian options.
Enjoy a fantastic breakfast or brunch with a variety of delicious options, unique toppings, and a relaxed, spacious atmosphere.

I would recommend calling ahead of time to set a reservation, they will sit you on the nicer side of the restaurant. We came in on a Monday night for dinner (×4) and they sat us near the bar. The food was delicious with a wide selection! Lots of options for gluten free and super attentive with allergies.
A must-visit for a delightful experience with exceptional attention to dietary needs and friendly vibes in a charming setting!

Great spot to eat. Managed to get a table for dinner shortly before closing. Personally I found it much better than King's Arms Tavern. Service was fantastic and attentive. Waitress understood my gluten allergy and even brought out gluten-free bread without being asked, which was an awesome touch. The chicken was delicious, as was the pie my wife had. Snow egg dessert was unique, light, and delicious.

Come here and get the tacos. Albeit expensive this place is delicious and consistent. Expect to spend $25/per person. Take-out sides are very very tiny, that is my only complaint. My kids love the poblano Mac n cheese. Gluten-free friendly, great bar staff and a good beer menu make this the best bbq shop in Williamsburg. Don't eat at busch gardens, go here.
I will never ever go to Mooyah again!! This experience was awful! My daughter & I were going to share a burger because she wasn’t that hungry. So I ordered the Build Your Own Single Burger with an outrageous price of $3.50 for a gluten free bun, but what do you do if you are gluten free? You HAVE to pay it. I stated the toppings I wanted, one of them being mayonnaise. The associate (Joseph) repeated it back to me saying mayonnaise. I added the Combo Meal (Personal Sweet Regular Drink and Personal Sweet Fries) and a bottled water. I have always liked their sweet tea (as it says on the drink machine) and was looking forward to getting some. Yuck!!! It was unsweetened tea. Not happy, but what do you do?? Get some sweeteners, right? Wrong! Nothing but sugars and there wasn’t many of them. I went to the counter and asked if they had any sweeteners. He said he would get some. It took a good at least 5 minutes of me waiting near the counter to finally get some when he went into the cabinet under the drink counter. I reluctantly put it in my tea & it tasted awful of course. They finally brought our order in a paper bag to our table. The burger was very small. I paid $7.29 plus $3.50 for this??? Then, as we each took bites of it, we discovered it had mustard on it. I HATE mustard and my daughter is allergic to it. I looked at my receipt and sure enough it said mustard. What could I do? Take it back? My word against theirs? The customer is always right, like the saying goes…not anymore in this day and age. We were screwed. I finished off just the meat part of the burger. Not happy. Never again. Btw, that one burger, fries and 2 drinks came to $22.28. For what? A small burger my daughter couldn’t eat, fries, which I admit were good and 2 drinks, one of which tasted awful, in the garbage.
The best Mexican food in Williamsburg, really hard working staff. Excellent menu for vegetarians and gluten intolerant people.
It gets better every year, refreshed menu and even a new sign out front.
The food and service were excellent. Pricy for sure, it's Colonial Williamsburg, everything is expensive. We at at the bar because it was hard to get a table there. We had a wonderful time. They accommodate Gluten Free diets.
Funky decor and a creative vibe make this spot a must-visit, with solid drinks and unique options to keep things interesting.

I’ve been going to this place for almost four years. Very funky and fun decor. Great coffee. Creative menu items with a solid vegan and gluten-free selection. Strong and tasty cocktails. Give it a shot.
