Amazing place, a total must in Paris visit! The place is run by a very sweet Japanese family from Osaka.
We were in a Japan tour last year, and really had difficulty to find such great Japanese food for people with gluten allergy and vegetarians.. It was a big surprise to find it in the middle of Europe!

Excellent dim sum without gluten and also with gluten. The service, wonderful. The place is small but very comfortable. They have tasting menus at good prices. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We are only going to be in Paris for three days and we are going to try to repeat.

Address discovered on Instagram and I am not disappointed! We ate there for lunch, gluten-free vegetarian ravioli as well as steamed vegetable brioches. We had a great time and will come back again! A simply delicious meal in a pleasant setting, with a very friendly team! The concept of blind tasting is a great experience that allows you to discover new flavors without preconceptions, while making the tasting very fun. Furthermore, allergies and intolerances are taken into account by the cooks who adapt the recipes to request without any problem (gluten and lactose in particular). I highly recommend and will come back without any hesitation :)
They offer gluten free soya sauce and make their sushi with gluten free rice vinegar 🎉 they were very nice and friendly when asked about allergies and gluten!
Small top terrace in a quiet street near the canal and République. I didn't know about bibimbap and so a great discovery with gluten-free or vegetarian versions! Very smiling staff who take their time to explain Korean traditions. It's a change from the impersonal restaurants in the neighborhood. Big crush on the homemade drinks and the waffles for dessert which are killer! If you can't go to Korea, it makes you want to come back and try the rest of the menu and the drinking games :-)

Some of the best sushi in all of Paris! We had a wonderful meal at the bar. Its was fun to watch the chefs make the dishes while eating and the fish was so fresh. The staff were very kind and helpful with my gluten allergy, and just overall really nice. They spoke English as well! Get the steamed egg (omg!!) and fatty tuna!

Such a quaint setting. Greeted by a very sweet hostess and sat outside with a beautiful corridor view. My GF and I were greeted by Sidney our server. We spoke no French and he Was phenomenal in translating and addressing my gluten allergy and my GF shellfish allergy.
Amazing starters. We had the eggplant, the tataki and the beef salad. Main course was jalapeño tuna roll, salmon roll. We were both comfortably full and finished off with the sorbet. Highly recommend and we went there because of their rave reviews they had received. They absolutely delivered.
Probably the best bao in Belleville. To try: the bobun!! Home cooking with raw products, it's not the ready-made meal from Metro reheated here... plus everything is almost gluten-free.
