We just had a birthday party for 17 family members at Thai Zappz. The food is great from the appetizers to the soups to the main dishes. Our family has a lot of dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, food allergies, etc) and they were able to accommodate all of us. After years of not going after accepting that I had to eliminate gluten from my diet I tried BD's when some friends visited and wanted to go. They now have GF labels on all ingredients and will cook any food on request in a clean pan in the kitchen instead of on the shared grill. Years ago their allergen protocol was good-intentioned but weak. Now it's been nicely redone. The food is literally what you make if it, which was always kind of fun. However it's also still not a solid value for the meal. Have a mindset of "I am paying for the experience" and the pricing makes more sense.

Told 15 minute wait. Call after 30. Stood around another 15 for them to clean a table. Served us raw food 2 cook together. Completely unfair to gluten free. High likelihood of mixing food. Risky to mix undercooked food in with food cooking. Dumb yuppie stuff. I sat there and watched my son eat birthday dinner. Don't bother.
