Hi! The Pho is delicious, and they have in the past known which were gluten-free, such as the Rare Steak. The Thai curry dishes have also been gluten-free as well. We use caution and always recheck if the dish is gluten and dairy free just in case the chef is different, etc. Their summer rolls are really fresh as well. We get them every time. My 9 year old daughter even likes them. I would recheck on the peanut sauce they use for the rolls. We use coconut aminos or Thai chili sauce for the rolls when we bring the take out home. The last time I was there, there was a discrepancy with whether or not the Pad Thai is gluten-free. I would use caution with that dish.

This place is a must for anyone in Bethlehem. Fell in love with the restaurant and food at the Easton Public Market and was thrilled that they opened a full service location in Bethlehem. Dinner can be anything from fast casual to a full, upscale meal with outstanding cocktails, great apps, and awesome bowls. This place is much more than your standard, quick ramen. The menu changes often, both for food and drink which is great if you are local and go often. Outstanding service every time with a mostly very knowledgeable wait staff. Highly accommodating to allergies - they will do rice noodles for anyone gluten free which makes most of their menu gf friendly. On the off time they have made a mistake, they handle it as an upscale restaurant would - replace and comp your meal, and they do it with kindness. A great addition to the Bethlehem food scene.

This is kind of backhanded praise, but I think the most important thing a review can do is address potential anxieties. Okay, everything about this restaurant shouts "food poisoning"; the atmosphere is very hole-in-the-wall, the food is prepared out front near the customers, and something about the way they cook the sushi rice makes it taste much more sour than other places. But I have been here several times and I have NEVER felt the least bit sick afterwards. And I have a gluten allergy to make things even more risky. In fact, I've been to nicer looking places and gotten a bug there instead. Other a Fish is a lot safer than it looks. The staff is pretty helpful, but it's a little overpriced for sushi. And just because the cramped greasy-spoon look isn't indicative of the actual hygiene you can expect, that doesn't mean it's an inviting atmosphere. Being small is a limitation beyond their control, but they could probably draw in more customers if it at least stopped looking like a basement-rec-room with a grill in the middle. Food's still good though; get the lump crab.
