Having previously been a frequent customer of Fricken Braddon as my wife and I always enjoyed the quality of their food. Unfortunately having tried the Tuggeranong store on 2 seperate occasions, both times have been disappointing. The chicken on both occasions has been below par, first time i ate in, and the chicken came out cold. Today the chicken was undercooked. Im giving 2 stars instead of one because my wife's gluten free order always comes out hot, and the batter crispy. I hope they pick up their game as its such a great brand

I travel to Canberra for work on a regular basis and although I don’t stay in the area, I detour deliberately to have breakfast here. The staff are lovely and the customer service is exceptional! Great coffee and great food. I have never been disappointed. Bonus points for loads of gluten free options in the cabinet and accomodating lots of menu items to be gluten free. When ordering GF, the staff always ask if I’m coeliac which adds an additional layer of attentiveness and service. If you’re in Tuggeranong (or even if you’re not) do yourself a favour and stop in!

Great place right by the lake, with good coffee. Looking forward to upstairs opening too. Wasn't a fan of the range of gluten free options, until the lovely chef made me some GF French toast...and now I have that every time I'm there!

Varied menu - so many yummy options it was hard to choose. 🤤🤤🤤😍 Love the multicultural influences in food and decor. Warm and Inviting. Love the plants / greenery decor. Felt fresh and uplifting. Ooh and comfy chairs! Great for anyone with dietary needs - Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten or Dairy free options. Our New Favourite ACT cafe. Will be back to try EVERYTHING!

my partner and I have visited Ureshii almost every week for the past month or so, and have not been disappointed once!! staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is beautiful. our go-to choices are the katsu chicken with curry, the teriyaki beef plate, beef udon stir fry, tempura prawn sushi rolls, or pork belly misoyaki, but i don’t think there’s anything on the menu that isn’t delicious. for the serving size and quality of food, the price is very reasonable. they offer digital ordering with a QR code on the table (but the lovely staff are happy to take your order personally as well) which i really appreciate. they also offer gluten free and vegetarian options! 10/10 !!!

Dined in for lunch on Monday and thoroughly enjoyed it. They provided gluten free for my mum. My daughter & I shared the teriyaki beef lunch pack and the heavenly grilled salmon. Was worth the short wait for it to be prepared fresh.

I was told the gluten-free banana cake is also dairy-free. I'm very sensitive to lactose and didn't have my pills for lactose intolerance with me. I would have been happy with just the lovely coffee, which I ordered with with lactose-free milk. Afterwards I got all my usual nasty lactose symptoms. I'd eaten nothing before that. So, either the banana cake wasn't dairy-free, or the milk in the coffee wasn't lactose-free. Dairy-free/lactose-free items shouldn't be made on machinery where normal milk is used. Otherwise, it's the perfect little cafe! 🙂

Although the gluten free range on display is limited, went to order a gluten free sweet box and was served by a lovely person at the front. Ordered the day prior and luckily was able to get it in on time (cut off was 3pm). Pick up was easy and the sweet box was amazing and much bigger than expected. Yes there was repeats of pastries but for a coeliac there were no complaints and have no problems ordering from Dobinsons again.
