As someone on a gluten free diet, Goodberry's Erindale have a menu advising of their gluten free ingredients, and were only too happy to ensure there was no cross contamination.
The frozen custard, of course, is rightly legendary.
I got the Turkish Chicken Skewers (gluten free) and it was amazing. The chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked, the mashed potato creamy and delicious. The restaurant is relaxed and casual.

So to say that our dining experience last night was a disappointment is an understatement.
I have celiac disease and let the staff know the moment we sat down.
I was super excited as they had so many gluten free options, told me, yes, there dishes are safe for celiacs and advised they have a separate fryer for GF dishes.
Entrees came out and were delicious.
Mains came out, both dishes noted gluten on the menu.
As I was told it was safe I didn’t think much of it, assuming that all was ok and tucked in.
After having a few bites and thought better of it and asked the waiter what the meal was sitting on only to be told it was flat bread and it wasn’t gluten free!
Their excuses was they were short staffed and it may have not been communicated. They never came back to check on me after the second meal was served.
To all staff at Anatolia, you are dealing with people’s lives. Allergies and dietary restrictions are no joke. I have been extremely sick all day and will be for the rest of the week.
We had such high hopes as the atmosphere was stunning and the service started out amazing.
Please please please take more care and simply follow up.
