Good food. Beautiful view. Not a quiet venue. We had salt and pepper squid and a burger, all gluten free. Squid was fine, the salad that came with it was odd but lovely. All in all I enjoyed my meal.

The fog lifted to allow us to see the magnificent views of winter in Canberra.
The cork tree forest is a must see, just a short 10 minute easy walk.
Bonsai art is fascinating, take the time to read the details of the artists.
Sadly limited gluten free options in the cafe, the young staff not very knowledgeable about what GF is .
Experience elegant high tea in a relaxed, old-world charm setting, featuring a delightful variety of flavors and an impressive cake stand presentation.

Very poor service, both whilst trying to book and during the tea. One of our party had to actually visit the place twice, first to book and then later to sort out the booking (which had mysteriously disappeared) as dealing with it by phone proved impossible. During the tea itself one of our party had to go to the desk several times to request service. Food was plentiful and tasty but the gluten free was disgusting.
Fantastic pizzas. They also do gluten free bases. The staff are friendly and have always enjoyed eating in or taking away. Always good to book ahead if you are wanting to eat in. The number 6 is my go to.
So many GF choices! Very celiac/coeliac aware. Food's always fresh and they have such a skill at mixing flavors. Great location outside under deciduous trees and dog-friendly.
