A slice of perfection!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by an aura of warmth & genuine hospitality.
The staff at Above 8 were not only attentive, but they went above and beyond to ensure we had an experience which was nothing short of exceptional.
The centerpiece of this culinary gem is their authentic pizza oven, which creates the most delectable and aromatic pizza I have ever tasted. Each pizza is expertly crafted with the freshest ingredients, culminating in an explosion of incredible flavours. I stood and curiously watched the chefs make the pizzas, it was very interesting to see the motion of their team working so in tune & precise, everyone was so attentive (including proper techniques for preparing the gluten free pizza for one of our friends).
Above 8 is a shining beacon of Italian culinary excellence in Hurstville. I cannot recommend this place highly enough; amazing view, outstanding fresh food & exceptional service, it truly deserves every one of its five stars. A must try! Buon appetito!

The best thing about visiting this complex is buying my Gluten free muffin and coffee from the beautiful owners of this Muffin Break. They are very pleasant and will help any client who can't carry their purchases by delivering the beautiful muffins etc to a table for you.
