📍@midoribytaos, Balwyn North We were super impressed by every dish we got to try at the 6-course set dinner that is available at Midori by Tao's in Balwyn North every Friday and Saturday 😍 This menu is 100% vegetarian, and they cater to other dietary requirements like vegan, gluten free, etc - the set dinner is served upstairs in a relaxing environment and we absolutely loved the Brazilian music they were playing when we visited 🎶 For the food, we ordered a different dish each for every course, so we shared and got to try everything in the menu where the highlights were their impeccable mains and desserts - I absolutely loved the Japanese style grilled eggplant with white miso and the strawberry pudding 🍓 6-course set dinner $68pp: 🍅 Starter - Chef's Assorted Platter of the Day 🍄 1st Entree - Stuffed Tofu + Mushroom Fritter with Pesto 🍜 2nd Entree - Chawanmushi + Steamed Luffa with Rice Noodle 🥘 Soup of the Day 🍆 Main - Japanese Style Grilled Eggplant with White Miso + Tofu Steak with Pepper Mushroom 🍮 Dessert - Caramel Pudding Cake + Strawberry Pudding

I've been coming to the Jolly Miller Cafe for about 10 years and have been very consistently impressed. The food has always been delicious, the atmosphere has always been relaxing and the service has been consistently friendly and fast. The menu has evolved over time, consistently keeping a variety of options and ensuring that the food they're serving is delicious. Whether Vegan, Gluten Free or other dietary requirements, they find a way to satisfy. Will continue coming back, time and time again :)

They sell Gluten free bread which is really nice. They'd probably get more people going there if they used SEO. That way when someone like me searches gluten free bakery on internet it would cone up! I only found out through outside signage when passing by!

Ordered 20 panuozzi for a work lunch and everyone enjoyed them, it was a bit cold out and all the sandwiches were toasted and delicious, we had home made muffins also. They catered for our gluten free staff member also.Thanks Vicky and team for looking after us, staff have told me they are going to visit you guys very soon!

Excellent pizzas. Quality of ingredients are top notch. The gluten free pizza base looks like its freshly made in-house, not one of those horrible frozen bases some pizza houses buy in and use. Love it!
