Not accomodating to Gluten free needs. I found this very inconsiderate as I asked politely for the gluten free change but was denied “because the kitchen didn’t want to make changes”. Very upset little girl right now.

If you are gluten free, do not eat here. We read the good reviews and they had GFO. Wasn't too fussed about the uncomfortable chairs as the weather and live music was good. Service was slow ( not busy). Ordered GF calamari and GF steak to share. Let me just say not only was Steak ($42) overcooked and tough, it was smothered with a sickly sauce. Two weeks later I am still suffering badly......not worth the visit.
If you don't understand GF then don't serve it, there was no mention of cross contamination or any concerns with grill/ fryer etc.
This lively venue features a spacious outdoor area with a dog-friendly section, perfect for casual gatherings. Guests enjoy quick service and a vibrant atmosphere energized by live music, making it an excellent spot for those seeking gluten-free options alongside great cocktails.

I went to order a gluten free item as advertised on their board only for the person serving me to say nothing is gluten free everything contains wheat I said so what’s gluten free then and he said nothing it says no where so I turned around and said well I’m sorry but it’s just there on your board it says Gluten free and Vegan available so what is that for then he said I don’t know but nothings gluten free.
So I suggest as a business to remove that as an option from your menu if you cannot cater to people who are celiac especially if your staff are going to laugh at us who are celiac and say it’s Mexican of course it has wheat in it. We lined up for 20 minutes waiting to order to get to the person serving and be laughed at and told no they don’t sell what they advertise.
Absolutely horrible to have a condition which makes me only able to eat certain foods and to be lined up where it is displayed that there are gluten free options only to find out and wasted 20 minutes in line for the staff to laugh at me and tell me no that mad mex doesn’t have gluten free options.
