I was diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease in 1990, so I’ve tried quite a lot of gluten free foods in my time. The baked goods at Silly Yak’s are superb. It’s a challenge to make them last.
Chic and cozy, this busy spot is a local favorite, serving outstanding coffee alongside irresistible treats you won’t want to miss!

Crave is the spot in Kingston for baked goods, coffees and sandwiches! They have such a good selection of treats and everything is soooo yummy. They have gluten free and vegan options too. It’s always busy for a reason, and though you may struggle to get seating on a weekend, it’s still worth a stop to get something delicious. And if you are lucky enough to get a spot to seat, it’s a great place to study, meet with friends or work on your laptop.

Staff are always helpful, friendly and adhere above the Covid-19 restrictions, which is very reassuring.
M&M have a lovely selection of “gourmet” foods - Some of their items are a tad expensive compared to large grocery stores however their foods have never disappointed and are what I would class as a “do it yourself frozen take out” as the quantity and quality are outstanding. They also have gluten free meals and as half my family can’t eat gluten this makes for a lovely treat.
For England comparison: think Gourmade or M&S /Waitrose ready meals but frozen.

Great donuts! And the amazing brownies are gluten free!!! Service is always pleasant as well!
Hoping for a gluten free sandwich, but the staff politely explained why it's not possible since they bake the bread on site. They did however open the ingredients book to ensure the soup was gluten free as well as the kettle chips, so I had a delicious pumpkin soup with seeds in it, and dunked my chips into it as well! Yum!
