Jeff, one of the owners, is super friendly and knowledgeable about all things Gluten-free. Family-owned business. My favorite is their freshly baked bread.
Get ready for a delightful experience with incredible baked goods that are moist, flavorful, and unlike anything you've had before!

Stopped by the farmer’s market before a nearby appointment and was happy to see a gluten free option. I grabbed a spinach and feta scone to eat while I walked around and it was the best gluten free scone I’ve ever had - so moist and flavourful. I picked up a cheese loaf and it sliced up beautifully and has made for great sandwiches. The cinnamon bun was a real treat too. Highly recommend!
An immigrant family runs this gem with amazing Montreal-style bagels and an impressive selection of daily fresh pastries and unique toppings.

One of the only places to get a true wood fired Montreal style bagel. They also have a great selection of cream cheese and other kosher and gluten free options.
No gluten-free options, despite their website saying so. Apparently they switched it up two months ago.
They do have macaroons though as gf, not great though if you're after a meal
With silky lattes and delicious home-cooked offerings, this cozy spot promises a welcoming vibe and plenty of options for everyone.

I love this place the coffee is amazing, the milk in the latte's comes out so silky. There's home cooked soups, sandwiches, and baked goods, i'm gluten free and there were delicious options for me. I was unsure if I could go in at first, but the activity-plex is open and the cafe is available to everyone. I live close by I'll certainly be coming here often!
