In the Leva Hotel complex, visitors will find the natural food-based restaurant. Dishes made from fresh, organic ingredients are served there, low carb. The adjacent bakery offers delicious, healthy breads, including gluten-free and keto, as well as something for those with a sweet tooth. The modern restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Sven, the baking professional, turned his back on Germany over 20 years ago. An interesting man with far-sighted views. He runs this restaurant together with a chef, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. We met Annika there with our friends, who gives children's baking courses in German and English in these premises.

We found the on maps, searching for gluten free options - they really make (same oven, keep in mind, but they try to isolate as much as possible) gluten free things such as manaeesh with was very tasty. I recommend trying the akawi.
Vegans be aware, always ask the chef not the staff. A few days ago i went to shiekh zayed branch to get some vegan desserts. I picked a few items that had the “vegan” label on. Then the lady pointed at a gluten free item and told me its also vegan. I asked her over 4 times if she is sure, she confirmed with “yes its vegan”. I later tried it and discovered it contained milk. It was confirmed to me when i went to another branch and the staff said it contains dairy. Now imagine im allergic to dairy, i could have been in the hospital. Im not sure why that lady did that. Is it ignorance? Lack of training by management?carelessness to my dietary standards /restrictions? I just know that what happened is very disrespectful. I enjoy going to this cafe. The one star is a reflection of the incident with that lady.
Sorry people, but one of the best coffees in Dubai is from Lime Tree Café.
The environment is so cozy and I mean, for a Cafeteia that has been more than 20 years in Dubai, it feels like the outlet was inaugurated just a couple of years ago.
The Fruits of the desert Cereal is a must if your feeling like light but want something with a lot of flavor, my suggestion is to make it with warm coconut milk so the oats and nuts can absorb it making it easier to eat.
I got the double chocolate gluten free biscotti to have it at home which is delicious too and now that festive seasons are coming they have plenty options for cookies that are attractive to kids!
