Ordered 12 cookies because there was a deal for 12 for $32. I asked that the 4 gluten free cookies and the cookie with peanut butter be packaged separately due to food allergies in my family. I was charged $44 because of this request and the order was done incorrectly. Not allergy friendly nor into treating your customers right

The food was amazing! They had a lot of gluten-free options, I got steak and parmesan fries and they were so good, the steak was super tender. For the cakes they have 2 gluten-free options, I got the godiva chocolate cheesecake and it was the best cake I’ve ever had in a restaurant! I’m picky what comes to cakes but this cake just melted in my mouth. Thank you!!
Love their VIP rewards! I had enough points to get 40 cents per gallon of gas! Frys always has everything I need and at great prices. They have a small section on vegan/gluten free items off too the side which is nice but they also have other selections within the store too. The pharmacy is great! They were able to transfer my prescriptions from my Florida pharmacy with no trouble!

Makenna assisted me from 2,000 miles away and 3 hours time difference to provide mini cannoli and an assortment of cookies for an afternoon Happy Hour at my uncle’s assisted living in Sun City, that happened to take place on his 95th birthday. Several of the residents there are customers and she knew some of their favorites. She took the additional step to make ingredient cards and took care to keep the cannoli fresh. One cookie is gluten free. She received the private service I hired to deliver and called me to confirm pickup. I can’t thank her and The Sicilian Baker enough for helping this come together.
This is my favorite Frys in the Valley. Been a regular since 2010. Great staff. Great selection. Easy to navigate. Decent Gluten Free section. Amazing produce department.
