I love Explorado! A cozy place to read, story or work and delicious gluten free selection. It’s celiac friendly, everything is gluten free. I like to get the cake slices from the fridge and a few cookies!

Delicious and plenty of GF + vegetarian options. I had a buckwheat crepe and that was perfectly done, and no symptoms of being glutened later on (celiac).
Cozy spot with unique, flavorful coffee and a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a quick break.

Wonderful spot for incredible coffee and food. Bindle has THE best gluten-free biscuit breakfast sandwich, and their scramble is gluten-free, dairy-free, and divine. Staff are quick and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough.
#5 - Joanne’s Private Club is hands down the best sandwich I have ever had. The gluten free bread is incredible too. Can’t recommend enough for a lunch spot!

Yum yum yum. Every gluteny, bready, warm, fresh your cold dead heart could desire. Cinnamon roll with the cream cheese icing and the chocolate croissant gave me my will to live another day

I stopped by here to see if they had any gluten free treats. They didn’t on that day, but the owner is amazing and so fun to chat with. Then the soup lady gave me some delicious lemon pesto orzo soup-I wish I had a gallon of it! I also picked up some dairy products from Five Freedoms Dairy. I am not a milk drinker but their milk is amazing-no weird smell/taste like store bought, and he treats his cows like family. As they should be treated. The ricotta cheese is delicious too! I’ll be back for some bread once my root canal calms down. That’s for an amazing experience!

Gluten and Dairy Free Options: YES
The King Soopers on Taft is a decent little grocery store. The parking situation is a nightmare unless you go real late or real early. Otherwise, they have the daily necessities plus offer several dairy free milks , cheeses and yogurts. They also have several gluten free items available. There is also a Starbucks attached so if you are into caffeinating yourself while you shop the option is there. One thing to check out that I find surprisingly good is their Olive and sushi bars. When the sushi Chief is there you can get decent sushi to order. It's really not bad at all. In the olive bar they offer of course olives, but also some excellent peppers, garlic and dolmas that in my opinion rival some of the tastiest I ever had. Try them out, just leave some for me. 😉
A cozy spot with a lovely patio featuring a mini water fountain, perfect for a sunny break and enjoying a relaxed vibe.

I have celiac. They have good gluten free toast. The owner’s son has celiac so the owner came over to me to make sure I know they take it seriously. Food tasted good, cozy atmosphere.
