WOW and AMAZING is how I described the Pavlovas! First off I'm gluten and dairy free so it makes it difficult to get a tasty dessert until I found you ! My friend bought me a Pavlova for my Wedding Celebration and my Birthday. It's absolutely beautiful but it tasted even better than it looked. I would recommend this dessert to anyone regardless of food restrictions. It's light and tastes so delicious with the layers of fruit as well !
