The main reason that the rating is as high as it is is because the cake was pretty and gluten free. It’s really hard to find good gluten free desserts and I wanted cake for my birthday. I got a gluten free lemon cake with raspberry jam. It was very well decorated but the cake itself lacked flavor and was very dense and dry. The jam tasted so good but there was very little in the cake.
