Wonderful true Mexican food. Very helpful with my mother who is gluten free, cannot eat hard food and is very opinionated.
The hand made tortillas were awesome.

I got take-out that was GLUTEN FREE, and it was excellent.
Calling in my order, I made it up as I went along:
Gluten-free pasta (rotini was the gluten free of the day), with squash and mushrooms, shrimp, and marinara sauce.
The sauce was so tasty.
And the four shrimp on it were huge.
I had to leave this review, but I'm going to go back to eating it now, LOL.

Gluten free and absolutely delish! Pleasure to eat and cloud like soft. They are though, too sweet and some flavors taste a bit synthetic but over all, great new find. The vanilla is amazing!
Great for families who have special dietary needs due to food allergies. They can’t guarantee their baked goods haven’t come in contact with nuts (understandable) but they do have several nut-free (and gluten-free) ice cream options and they will sanitize the scoop. I’m happy to have a place where everyone in the family can enjoy dessert. Highly recommend!
Talented bakers create stunning, flavorful cakes that wow guests, while rotating specials and a cozy vibe keep everyone coming back for more.

I ordered this cake to be done in red velvet and gluten free. Absolutely breathtaking in appearance and even better tasting! Yes, a marshmallow is missing because gf ate it immediately 🤣. I could not recommend this bakery enough! Exceeded expectations 10 fold!
A must-visit for cookie lovers, featuring a variety of outstanding flavors and a unique take on gluten free that's worth the wait!

Not real happy about a wrong order. I called and ordered gluten-free sammies and asked for a dozen variety..... sammies. When I got home with my order I had the gluten-free sammies and a dozen regular cookies, not sammies. It was a Saturday evening, they're already closed so I'm stuck. I take some responsibility, I should have looked at my order to check first. They should have opened the boxes to show me. Lesson learned.

LOVE their set up on Payne Street now- so cute and functional! I love that they have some gluten free and vegetarian lunch items as well. The garlic mushroom soup was AMAZING. Really impressed with the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. Hope to see more gluten free options (maybe bagels?) In the future! All around though, 5 stars 🌟 😀

The store is clean and well stocked, They have some interesting finds that other area stores don't have, but in other areas they have a much more limited selection. Like there's more Progresso soup than I've ever seen anywhere (and in some bizarrely redundant flavors - who needs 6 kinds of vegetable beef soup?) and some cool yogurt that I've never seen before, but then their options for like, breakfast cereal or health/body care are maybe half of what you'd find at Kroger or Meijer. So it's definitely an interesting place and you can find some new favorites there, but don't go there expecting to shop your whole grocery list, as you'll be quite disappointed. It's too far of a drive from most places in the city to be anything more than a "once every few months" trip to stock up on things like interesting frozen meals or Bonne Maman guava preserves. It's kind of like going to Whole Foods or Fresh Market but with more mainstream items.
One other thing that I noted in my two trips there was that it wasn't particularly great for gluten free items. Kroger and Meijer definitely have more of a selection of packaged GF foods. (And interestingly, Walmart has a lot more GF foods than you'd think.)
Overall I definitely don't hate it, it's really pretty and interesting, it's just not a one-and-done shopping experience, because you'll still need to shop elsewhere to get a lot of things you like.
Delicious food at a wedding I worked! Most of it was gluten-free, too! Heitzman's did the catering & the cakes (yes I sampled a slice also!) Yummy! Food was ready when wedding party ready, they also did a cocktail hour inside, then moved the bar out to the tent seamlessly for the reception. Very smooth service!

Just yummy. Wish they had gluten free bakery items, but the ice cream will do 😊
