The gluten free Godiva cheesecake is highly recommended! My stomach was not upset after having it.
The omelettes were awesome too and they accommodated my celiac restrictions.
This hidden gem offers an array of delicious treats that will brighten your day, with standout cookies and a welcoming vibe.

I was super surprised as to how clean this store is! The staff was very helpful! The aisles are spacious and easy to navigate. There is an enormous amount of speciality, gluten free, and organic items here! I will definetly be back for more! The lady at the Custmoer Service deak went above and beyond to give my son a huge smile. Trust me, shop here!
With unique hashbrown buns as an alternative and a cozy vibe, it's perfect for a quick breakfast stop when the morning rush hits.

No longer offer gluten free bagels. They did suggest sandwiches made with hashbrown buns as an alternative. Recess coffee was ok. Accommodating Atmosphere.
The best cookies in Syracuse, and they are always a hit in the office (highly recommend their Lemon Drops) Also they have decent amount of gluten free options
Spent $60 on a large pizza, 20 wings, and a gluten free pizza with a side of blue cheese. Almost 2 hours for delivery, food was luke warm upon arrival and the gluten free pizza was completely soggy. Additionally, they forgot the requested blue cheese. This is the 2nd or 3rd time in a row that there have been issues with our order within the last few months so we have pretty much given up. For what is being charged, especially for a gluten free pizza ($20 for a small-medium) the quality would definitely expect it to be better.
So much to love about this supermarket. Name the food or the product, and the choices are endless. Large kosher food section, international cuisine, gluten-free, etc...Expect up to HOUR WAIT at Customer Service during peak shopping times.
Best bakery I’ve ever been to. They have an amazing selection of juices, smoothies, vegan and Gluten Free breakfast options. It’s a family owned business and the pride in ownership is off the charts. The menu is superb with something for everyone in mind, and the coffee is wonderful as well. When you come to Rai’s you don’t want to leave as you feel like you are leaving family. Thank you Rai’s for being the highlight of my trip to Syracuse.
Incredible spot with a great vibe that’s a must-visit for anyone, especially fans of unique and thoughtful ingredients!

This place is amazing, I make sure to eat here every time I visit from California! The food is incredible, and they are also very knowledgeable about their ingredients which is helpful for those with dietary restrictions. my sister has celiac and although they cannot guarantee anything is 100% gluten free, there are plenty of things she can order, and she’s never gotten sick. Eva’s is an all time favorite.
