Fred Meyer is a great one stop shopping experience. I go here when it's more than just groceries I need--frim home goods, decor and gardening, to electronics, jewelry, and clothes. In terms of groceries, they have excellent gluten free options and dietary restrictive foods. I am not a fan of the produce remodel and really miss the bulk spices that used to be available, but it is otherwise still a good store to frequent. Note to the Sensory Challenged: The music is always extremely loud and the lights are crazy bright. Bring your sub glasses.

Its name isays it all, its a supercenter for all great thing. Their staff is very friendly and are happy to help any customer. We just moved into the area and it is now one of the stores we go to all the time. They have tons of Gluten free options! Their produce department is way better than most supermarkets and way cheaper in price but not quality
