Excellent brunch served at the table with quality products and cooked as they should be. The service is perfectly exemplary and our hosts even ran to their gluten-free bread supplier to serve some to my wife. The staff is ADORABLE and accommodates various intolerances or allergies. The atmosphere is very warm, at the crossroads of an assembly refuge with mainly wooden decor and a student residence dining room. For 25€ per adult, we are at the level of the very good Parisian "bobos" brunch (I assume I am one) which cost much more and for 10€ for a child under 10 years old, it's a steal ! I highly recommend.

We were very well received at NoMad for our Afterwork. There were 12 of us and we had a beautiful table on the terrace under the pergola. The service was fast and quality. The sharing boards are really well stocked and the bread was good, we even had gluten-free ones for one person in our group who is intolerant. The musical atmosphere was nice.

My partner and I stopped at this little restaurant this afternoon and what a great idea we had. We were able to enjoy a nice little home-cooked meal there, made with fresh products from local producers. Everything was simple, tasty and authentic. From aperitif to dessert we were not disappointed. The menu is tempting, with options suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free desserts, there is something for everyone. The management couple are simply adorable and caring. The service was fast and always with a smile. The big plus for us was the welcome given to our dog: he was also served like a king. All the conditions are there to spend a pleasant and tasty time. It is obvious that if we return to Troyes we will come back without hesitation.

We celebrated our mother's 60th birthday there. Great atmosphere with half of the room private. The team is extremely friendly and helpful, bending over backwards to ensure that everything goes well, always with a smile. They know how to manage allergies and different menus (VG, gluten-free, etc.). The cuisine is excellent (boards, tartina, hot or cold tapas, prime rib, scallops, etc.) and the place is very pretty. Special mention for the top music. In short, it’s great, we highly recommend 🔥

This place was recommended by our host and it was really tasty. It had 3 gluten free dishes, we tried 2 of them and they did not disappoint. The waitress was mega friendly and the price was reasonable - 2 mains, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine for €80. It might benefit from ditching its football theme, cos the food was enough of a pull.

First experience in this hostel which calls for no false note. From the welcome, to the service and the quality of the dishes offered are at the top. Lots of refinement and undeniable product quality, without forgetting a very careful presentation. The staff is extremely friendly and cheerful. For those with gluten intolerance, celiac disease, our case, particular attention was paid to us. They adapt to different dishes and even offer gluten-free bread, which is rather rare. Restaurant to recommend without moderation.

We were heading to the airport and stopped there. We asked for something gluten free for my celiac son. They didn’t speak English but they made every effort to understand us and communicate. Customer support, simple, friendly, efficient. Wife problems with gluten v the chef approached the table discreetly, in case... Each dish was reviewed. Presentation, quantity, flavor, everything for pleasure. Affable staff, just what you need, nothing more. Nothing to complain about. All dishes were great. Affordable prices. We came for lunch at 4. Excellent welcome and very good quality dishes. Additionally, a person is intolerant to gluten and lactose. The waitresses and chefs did their best to ensure she found a suitable dish. Great time!

Be sure to reserve! Even if tables are still unoccupied. We will only accept as many guests as the kitchen can serve. The food is very tasty, allergens such as gluten are clearly stated on the menu. The portions of the main course are really big. Anyone who stays hungry here is doing something wrong. We each had the menu with starter, main course and dessert. It was excellent! The meat was so tender, the Angus beef cooked to medium rare. Fantastic! The staff is nice and accommodating, also speaks English and some German. 5 out of 5 points, I would prefer 6 points against. ;-)

The perfect restaurant for lunch or dinner in the Alsatian countryside. Fantastic, homemade dishes in a beautiful setting. The service is also attentive without being overbearing. They even accommodate gluten and milk intolerance! Multiple languages spoken. Highly recommend to the hungry, non-French speaking tourist.

We had dinner at the restaurant last Sunday following the good reviews we had heard. Indeed, tartes flambées are validated. The spaetzle and homemade fries are excellent! 2 little tips (take it or leave it of course) - it would be cool to put at least a 2nd choice on the menu for people who have to eat gluten-free because for the moment the only option is the beef tab with home fries, fortunately I like that. But a fish would also not be refused, for example. - in the children's menu, the hamburger was appreciated by my son but he was very disappointed that there was no slice of cheese in it. It would be good to add it so that it becomes a cheese or possibly offer it extra to give you a choice. :)

Simple restaurant with delicious food! The waiter is very kind. He also speaks English and helped us out by checking out which dishes were gluten-free. Plenty of choices left. Would recommend the entrecôte/beef and cordon bleu. They have the best crème brûlée I’ve tasted so far. Sublime!

The team is attentive when we anticipate the reservation, in particular to adapt the condiments to the allergies reported (in the case of my partner: gluten intolerance). The dishes are delicious, the wine selection is incredible, the team is warm and attentive (without overdoing it), and the setting is very friendly! I particularly recommend the mixed board (fresh vegetables/cheese/charcuterie), the vegetable fries and the whipped cream, that is to say everything we ordered! We had a very pleasant time in this restaurant, despite our visit one evening when there must have been service problems. The waitress who took care of us was very professional and smiling, she apologized several times for the waiting time which was likely to be long. Alas! We were served very quickly and we couldn't even finish the games on the placemat.... She was very kind to inform us that there was a missing item in the game so we wouldn't have to search in vain, and we could focus on enjoying our food instead! In addition, she was very attentive to my mother's request to adapt her gluten-free dessert. Thanks again to this waitress for this quality of service despite the problems they must have had before our arrival, and we also ate very well.

What a delicious meal we had here! A table was set up for us in the shade. Very friendly service. My husband I ate the hamburger and our son the children's menu. Our daughter has celiac disease and we brought her own lunch box. That was no problem at all, she got her own plate and cutlery. And for dessert they could choose a lollipop! What a sweet owner!

Good hotel located near La Voie Bleue, therefore very practical for those traveling by bike. Not sure that all the criteria of the "Accueil Vélo" brand are really respected but hey, that's okay for a step. We were not able to try the restaurant which was privatized for the evening but a meal tray was offered to us in our room (a little expensive for what it was, but it's still room service). Very good breakfast, very diverse and very well served with gluten free products.
