Today we were at Ash in Troisdorf again. For the first time with the requirement that we recently had 2 family members with gluten intolerance. Big praise to the great team at Ash! I can confirm without reservation the statement in the menu that advice is available in the event of intolerances. Questions were answered very nicely and in a very friendly manner, consultation was held with the kitchen, ingredient lists were checked and curly fries were prepared separately in the oven. The only thing missing is gluten-free burger buns. 😇
As usual, the steak and side dishes were TOP for all of us! We would love to come back!
