One of the best meals of our trip. Octopus starter followed by Blue Warehou (fish special)/lamb (all superbly cooked) and orange cake. Coeliac friendly with excellent cocktails and a great selection of wines. What’s not to like? 10/10

Booked today for lunch thinking would beat the usual Mother’s Day rush - so did everyone else as restaurant was packed but staff were amazing rushing around taking orders - checking on drinks etc and the food was up to usual standard. My friend is gluten intolerant and waitress spent tine talking through the menu with her. Excellent lunch - thank you Old Vicarage

I have been to two different Lone Stars twice in the last couple of months as a coeliac customer and am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of knowledge and availability of GFO for a coeliac. Get a dedicated air fryer, thicken your sauce with GF cornflour and you would open up options. I can go to Armadillos and get a good steak with mash and and GF mushroom sauce for $10-$15 less. I’m not paying $45 for mash and garlic butter. Sometimes I don’t want a burger!! Honestly, skill up your staff and open the options for those of us who don’t have as many of them. I find eating out a chore and it shouldn’t be at such a large chain especially in todays world.

Staff was nice but we weren’t given our entree and had to ask again for our sides we had ordered. Also things labelled gluten free on menu are not safe for celiacs so would not recommend for celiacs.

Me and my partner went here and had lunch on the balcony, absolutely delicious food, albeit smaller portions - but filling. My partner is celiac, so we went for the Gluten Free options as the dishes are made to be shared. We ordered the Thai Black Beef Salad & the Chicken Skewers... no problems, chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce was unparalleled. Beef had a little bit of gristle but overall was very tender & flavourful. Will definitely recommend & visit again.

We came in on Good Friday and had the set menu with the 5 cocktails. It was amazing! The server we had (didn't catch his name but had very short hair and an accent) was just awesome. So friendly and helpful. Last time I came to Original Sin, I had terrible heartburn and straight away he mixed up a concoction for me behind the bar that cured it. What doesn't this guy do well?! Your team were also fabulous at being flexible with one of us having coeliac disease. I went to this place for lunch with a few friends it was absolutely delicious! one of the rare places that accommodates to coeliacs, which was really nice to see. will definitely be coming back with some friends or even by myself! would absolutely recommend the pork fried rice for those coeliac friends.

After a very warm evening there is no better place to call in and share a bottle of your favourite wine and a bite to eat. Their gluten free pizza is pretty top notch. They also have 0% alcohol wine which is a bonus too if you are the sober driver. The staff always remember your name if you have been there more than once and always go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. It's not too loud that you can have a conversation. I'm happy to call this my local of many years. You should try it too. PS My dog quite enjoys a day time visit too.

Really average service and meals. This place has definitely gone down hill. Ordered a salad with no croutons (gluten) arrived with croutons had to wait for a replacement by which time the entire table had finished their meals and I ate alone. Absolutely no apology at all. Coke was flat. Chips which have always been a favourite at joes garage were not pleasant at all. Will not be returning.

Best place ever!! The jalapeno cheddar cornbread is so delicious (and gluten free), the ribs just pull apart and melt in the mouth and the sides are unbelievably amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Best date night venue and also great for work dinners as the food comes out so fast. Highly, highly recommend.

Overall great experience- great gluten free chicken and my partner enjoyed the pasta. Great service- the only thing I would fault is the pay wave system, even though I swiped the card I still got charged as pay wave and it wouldn't let me insert it, I guess it's just the paywave system but was disappointed. But the staff we were really lovely about it and Overall.

Me and hubby stopped in for lunch. Amazing atmosphere, really friendly staff and heaps of smiles. Food was delicious and fresh. Had desert aswell. Was even a gluten free dessert that was very tasty and unexpected chocolatey flavor. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go on a breakfast,lunch or dinner date with partner or to enjoy a meal with family.

Ordered a burger with the gluten free bun. The bun was so hard, it made a wood knocking sound when tapped, I couldn’t even bend it. I gave up trying to chew through it. I told the waitress , but was still charged an extra $2 for the inedible bun. The burger itself was flavourless. Very disappointing food unfortunately. Quick service though and the staff were very nice!

This is by far my favourite place for hot chocolate and gluten free chicken. Great variety of chocolate options including mochas. Very comfortable seating, modern and classy vibe. Staff are always friendly and accomodating.

A quiet classy hotel restaurant. Majority of menu items are gluten free or can be made so. Spoke with the chef who says he doesn't resort to adding flour to thicken soups, etc. No need when preparing properly. Great little place for a relaxing meal or drink.

Popped in for a spontaneous dinner and was immediately struck by the fantastic atmosphere. The restaurant had a relaxed, friendly "vibe", with both patrons and staff smiling from ear to ear. Although there was a large group dining in, the wonderful staff kept us informed about wait times and made sure our starters were served promptly before the big table's order hit the grill. While there isn't a dessert menu at the moment, there's a delightful selection of slices and cakes available in the cabinet. I highly recommend trying the gluten-free brownie—it will absolutely knock your Taste-buds for 6!!
