Stumbled upon Son of Steak when we were looking for somewhere to eat and so glad we did. We obviously hadn't booked, but they were very accommodating and the service was excellent, especially our server Jess, who was really helpful. We were able to get gluten free options really easily, and the food was delicious, the flat iron steak was the best steak we have ever had.

Enjoy going each time, the staff are very friend and the service is great. The brunch menu is tasty and their hot drinks. Love that they cater for vegan and gluten free dietary needs/preferences.

There was an issue with our booking and I really appreciated that the mangement were able to help me resolve it and get our table ready for the time I had tried to book for. Our waitress, Sophie, was also very helpful and friendly. I also really appreciate that there are several gluten free options to choose from.

Came here for Monday lunch such a nice surprise Wasn't expecting much to be gluten free but was given a menu showing all gluten free pies and lots of things could be modified to be gluten free. Lovely view of the robin hood statue

Has a very good range of craft beers which are changed out on a regular basis, also on my last couple of visits they had gluten free ales on draught. Food is reasonable and they have offers on through the week, 2 for 1 pizza is my favourite.

Went for our work xmas due. Fair credit to the staff - I honestly could not do their job - but they handled everyone well, were attentive, hands on, friendly and fast. The food was the biggest surprise. I’m coeliac and the food was incredible.
