We love Crave Real Burgers and miss the Colorado Springs location since it has closed. They offer fantastic gluten free buns for their hamburgers. My only wish is that they could make gluten free french fries in their own fryer. However, this is a great dining experience.
A lively spot with a fun atmosphere and diverse menu, perfect for gatherings, happy hour specials, and delightful desserts.

Met some friends for lunch and was surprised at how amazing every dish was. I had the special, fresh ravioli filled with smoked chicken and cheese, and the entire thing was flavorful and there was a healthy portion. My wife and I shared a Chocolate Crème Brûlée and also loved that. We thought maybe it was a gimmick, but it was delicious.
I live out of state so we won’t be back for a while, but Union is definitely a place that we’ve bookmarked and will return to.
My friend had dietary restrictions and the menu is VERY friendly for that. The chef/owner is very aware of and caters to gluten free and other options, we were told there’s a separate cooking area for those dishes so no shared grills or oils.
Parking was a little more interesting. There are a handful of spots on the side of the restaurant, but if you exit the roundabout at Union and continue down the street to the dead end, there are more spots down there. I got lucky and snagged the last open spot without having to drive around more.
A top spot for a laid-back hangout, known for quick service and endless fries that make every visit a delight.

Red Robbin is awesome to visit if you have gluten allergies they have a dedicated GF fryer, and the bottom less fries are a real treat for anyone with Celiacs.
A chill spot with a cozy vibe, great for catching up with friends and exploring nearby parks and shops—definitely a local favorite!

Highly recommended even on a Saturday morning brunch with a friend …was great gluten free options and bread for sandwiches had option to substitute the items I didn’t want and the price is right I didn’t want the meat on my breakfast and substitute for an extra egg, had great time didn’t feel rich to leave I was able to have good conversation the place it’s not that loud, there was not wait hence other good breakfast places in castle rock wait time on a Saturday it’s 40 min at best… and food it’s right potatoes cook right all delicious. Honestly I will come back maybe my new fav place. All around great place to eat amazing location walkable to parks and other castle rock amazing stores and shop, next to festival park.
Marleigh is the sweetest server! She made sure to check with the kitchen that my dish could be made gluten free and she checked again as it was being plated! The patio is dog friendly which was a huge plus for my family!
A clean and wholesome spot with excellent quality and a carpet-free environment, making it feel fresh and inviting.

This is a clean wholesome place that provides excellent quality food and service. They also offer a good selection of gluten free foods. Love that it is carpet free therefore cleaner. Servers are friendly and accommodating.
If you're gluten free don't eat here! You will be violently ill. Wait staff doesn't understand celiac and owners are too stupid to train them properly.
