I'm newly diagnosed celiac and it turned my dining out life upside down. Wasabi is my go to. This disease really makes you feel like a pain in the butt to wait staff but not here. They are so cautious and so understanding, making me always feel safe eating here. And the food is always on point. Gavin his my go-to waiter. He takes such good care of us when we're there.
