Celiac here, visiting for a conference and inquired about the gf pizza dough. The server and cook confirm it's not Celiac safe as they use a stone oven without a pan. Instead of the pizza I had a salad and did not get sick. please make sure to ask questions if you visit.

I have celiac. great experience! I called to pickup a to-go order and the server who answered the phone was so helpful. the menu says chips + x,y,z are gf but she confirmed that the chips are in a shared fryer and offered me some warmed corn tortillas instead.
