Brixx is one of my absolute favorite pizza places!! The sweet family (extended) that runs it is amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and are enthusiastic about interacting with their customers. We typically get the 4x4 pizzas when we go as a family, and the olive oil base makes it even more delicious! Our 7 year old is Celiac, and we just let them know, and they make the GF crusted pizza on the metal pan. We have also tried their cauliflower crust pizza and it was good, but I think it would be better if it wasn't baked on the metal pan-which isn't really an option for us, so we will stick with the normal GF crust! The pictures attached are from a recent lunch date with a friend. The one is the White Pizza, she opted for no goat cheese (silly girl, goat cheese is amazing!), and the other is the Mad Italian Pizza. Once again, I was not disappointed by the service or the food! We love Brixx!
The laid-back vibe here is perfect for a casual night out, offering a diverse menu and attentive service in a great location.

Shocked this place boasts an executive chef and yet they cannot disclose ingredients of food. Server and GM said “we don’t know the ingredients in our food bc we throw away the packages.”to add further insult to the experience the server refused to even try and look for the ingredients. Lady was quite unpleasant. I was told she was having a bad day by the GM. Also interesting they have packaged food, when there is an “Executive Chef” in the back. I asked for the ingredients due to a dairy allergy. I am writing this bc a few months ago I patronized the place for the first time and had a server here and she was able to help me navigate the menu and it was a great experience. But I guess a month’s time … service has decayed. The most shocking comment of all is the GM said “this place isn’t for people who have allergies like yourself”… when the menu has gluten free options all over it. Save your pallets and your sanity and head to the Bell Tree Tavern, So Pies or if you are feeling fancy Southern Prime - where the term Chef is not disgraced and service is wonderful.
Recent ownership changes have sparked excitement here, with fantastic reviews on the delicious offerings and welcoming atmosphere.

Have y'all tried Sly Fox lately? Talking to the staff while we were there, we learned that the ownership has changed hands.
We have guests in town and went last night for dinner. It' has been a long while since we had been. The food was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! I regret that I don't have pics, but the four of us ordered scotch eggs, bacon wrapped dates, chicken curry and the ribeye steak and finished with THE BEST butterscotch Bread pudding any of us have tasted!
I absolutely have to mention the staff as well. Emmy was our server (such a sweetheart and so helpful when we were looking for gluten-free food options on the menu), but we also talked to Jesse (a server we've known at other establishments with the most positive vibe), the bartender (didn't get his name but he was the guru of mixed drinks back when Ledmine was open), and we got to meet the new owner, Jeff. Every last person was kind, easy to talk to, gave great service - they seriously ticked off every box and then some!
If you haven't been in awhile like us, seriously consider going soon. Just wow, Sly Fox! We're going to be regulars now! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!
With a fantastic rotating selection and a vibrant atmosphere, it’s a top spot for any beer or cider enthusiast.

Great ambience, friendly staff always, fantastic rotating selection. Love the gluten free options including GF sour beers seemingly regularly. Best tap room I have come across anywhere in the state. Definitely a must for any beer or cider drinker.
