When I would eat out , this would be my go to restaurant. Everyone there was incredibly nice and just all around a great place . It was downtown so it had a pretty cool atmosphere. They have a place in the back outside to eat with lights and heaters and it’s just a really cool place . Plus I’m celiac and they have a ton of gluten free options !

My partner and I recently visited BJ’s Restaurant for a much-needed getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a cozy dining experience. We were especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by Chris H., who was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the food. I opted for the California Chicken Sandwich with a gluten-free bun substitute, and it was incredibly satisfying. The flavors were well-balanced, and the gluten-free option was executed perfectly, without compromising taste. My partner chose the jambalaya, which was richly seasoned and delightfully hearty, making it a perfect choice for anyone craving a burst of flavor. Very detailed gluten free menu. Everything was delicious. I was so happy to eat sushi. I also the history is this space. It's very cozy and you can have your own little room.

I specifically asked for a large gluten free pizza and paid extra for that!!! Only to fund out it was not gluten free and I have been sick for the last 3 days!!!!

Got a Gluten Free combo pizza, love it the outside crust has a nice crunch, the crust with the toppings has a most excellent chew, the ingredients are fresh and have a snap when you bite into them, I had a really old punch card I finally filled out and they still honored it even though the deal on the new punch cards changed , the employees are super friendly and the atmosphere is pure nostalgia for me and takes me back to a real pizzeria, I am so over the moon with Pegasus Pizza they have a customer for life, and I have been to other pizza joints those are a very very distant 2nd. Love you guys keep up the good work

A large percentage of the rolls were tempura. I'm used to being able to eat almost every roll on a menu. I have to eat a gluten free diet (medically necessary not fad). I was expecting a high quality taste based on appearance, location and price. The rolls were good but not the best I've had in Eugene.

I stopped into the High Street McMenamins after coming back from hiking the McKenzie River and just as always their food hit the spot! They were also able to accommodate my friends gluten allergies with a gluten free bun for her hamburger. I had the Dark Star Burger which was packed with a good bit of flavor and just enough spice to make you keep wanting to eat more. The burger was juicy and cooked as it should of, with appropriate toppings. I ate the Dark Star Burger with their Cajun tater tots, which were good, but I would have liked to see more effort thrown in from McMenamins as it seems like the tots were just thrown in with some Cajun spice. I'm not knocking or discrediting the flavor of the tots, as they were very good! I was just expecting more. I'm not quite sure what exactly, but I'm not the chief. All in all, I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, service, and a nice beer with my meal. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back!

On the upper end of dining experiences we've had. A little pricey but absolutely worth it. Excellent appetizers and entrees, the halibut special was wonderful, is gluten free without substitution, and I've never had a better creme brulee. Wait staff is knowledgeable about which items are gluten free with or without substitution. They have gluten free pasta on request. All of us ordered something different and no one was disappointed. Coffee is also good, both regular and decaf. We'll look forward to our next chance to dine there.

The bricks, wood, marble and carpet ground me here. The lighting ducks, whether or not one is neurosensitive in that way. They offer a good gluten-free selection. Basically, the majority of the sauces are gluten-free. You can choose a GF pasta. They use rice flour to bread the chicken which is GF. The sausage is GF and they have two salad dressings that are also GF. Basically, it’s a nice place for a gluten-sensitive person to eat. Also, they offer several wines by the glass for much less than the fashionable $14/glass. Their house is currently $7.50/glass and there are other close options in their decent list of safe options. I recommend and frankly it’s exhausting to eat out easily now this is a nice choice.

Gluten-free & healthy food does cost a bit more, but it isn't junk or fast food, it's a healthy and nutritional option that most (95%) of cities DON'T HAVE...I WILL GLADLY PAY FOR DECENT FOOD THAT'S GOOD FOR ME OVER ANY CHAIN AROUND EUGENE, AND THAT BREAKFAST BOWL IN THE PICTURE, IS DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS, OH & PRESENTED VERY BEAUTIFULLY!! THANKS TO WHOEVER ACTUALLY MADE THIS PLACE HAPPEN!! LONG TIME EUGENE RESIDENT THAT STUMBLED UPON THIS PLACE WHILE MY FAMILY STAYED HERE FROM NEW YORK.

Came about half hr into opening and got outside seating right away. Was tucked in the corner at a nice table in the dog friendly covered seating area, situated by a heating lamp. Well spaced out seating and friendly waitstaff. Ordering was prompt and so were the dishes. It was certainly an interesting choice to have straight up western music at a Japanese type eatery, but go with the flow, it didn't bother me any, lol. The food was delicious, we def got full! Overall a good experience. A great option for vegetarians and they have a good number of gluten free dishes too (best friend has celiac).
