So accommodating for a pregnant coeliac. The owner ensured my meal was made 100% fresh including the salad etc due to pregnancy (rather than a couple of hours ago as would be normal for premade focaccias etc). He was keen to tell me about the specific steps they have taken to ensure coeliac safe including no normal flour used in the kitchen so it can't end up somewhere it wasn't intended. The absolute best gf focaccia bread I've ever had. I second guessed them to check they hadn't confused the bread with the normal one! I don't live around the corner unfortunately, but I will be back asap!

I have been to this place a few times and always enjoy the burger buns, chocolate bar cake, chicken schnitzel roll (toasted) and battered prawns. I was a bit disappointed with the frozen battered fish, which i cooked in the air fryer. The fish didn't have much flavour and was very oily. I was very very disappointed the other day when I was overcharged by $7.50. I went in to buy some bread and as I went to my car I realised that i'd forgotten the nice chocolate cake. When I went back in, the lady looked at me and said "have I overcharged you" I said "well i'm back just to get some cake". As she was with someone else, I checked my bank account and saw that she had indeed overcharged me. I was soooo disappointed 😔. I couldn't agree more with many of the comments that there are no prices on the items. Such attitude is so unfair to the customers. It's not easy having health issues and being on a gluten free diet. It's not a cheap diet, but at least be honest and put prices on your products. I read one comment where you said that you often change your menu that's why you don't put prices. This doesn't make any sense at all. Most of the time I see the same products there. And .... how much time will you lose in your day if you have to put other prices on new items. At the end of the day, the goal of being in retail is to have happy customers, isn't it? I also realised that it's better to pay cash there, as the card surcharge is supercharge.

Nice gf burger buns. They also have gf chips and chicken nuggets. Be careful when ordering. Even if you order a gf bun, you need to specify that it is an allergy, otherwise they won't ensure everything is made without cross contact. When you do specify, they make the food in a separate area and take extra precautions.

We enjoyed the Catering done by R&S Sandwiches for Women’s Day celebrations morning tea in our office.. Our team enjoyed the meat/ gluten free and Veg sandwiches and loved them.. They were very easy to deal with and accommodated our request to deliver early in the morning.. We recommend them to everyone!
