Food was great, my wife suffers from celiac disease and I can safely say after over 24h past the meal that this place took excellent care of her dish! Fantastic service and a nice cozy atmosphere, and absolutely knowledgeable about cross-contamination with gluten. Did not think a place like this existed! Thanks guys! 10/10 recommend stopping here if you’re in Sarnia!

We ended up stopping here because the bridge was heavily backed up. Everything was fantastic. The food was warm, fresh and very filling. The pretzel was incredible, the service was quick and attentive. Very pleasantly surprised and the gluten free bun was highly praised.
With amazing buns and a surprisingly positive vibe, this spot makes newcomers feel right at home despite any dietary worries.

Place is good, but very few options for those who don't consume meat.. The lack of veggie options is sad. I can eat chicken, but the chicken is not safe for me since I need to be gluten free, so my 'veg' is lettuce, green pepper, onion and pickle if I have a fresh sub (there is also tomato, but can't have). Where is the spinach? Red peppers? Cucumber? Or even carrots? Need more options.
I also went in with my mother yesterday (Nov 25th, '23), order #10056 and I had to get a salad, because they were out of gluten free buns (that's fine). I asked for pickles with my lettuce, onion and green pepper salad.. and none. I got no pickle in this order, and it's on the receipt. But my last order with them I got no pickle either. You may say 'it's just a pickle', but to forget it twice? I may as well just take my business back to Subway, they never forget anything and they have more options.
With a welcoming vibe, this spot impresses with personalized service and an awesome variety of options to choose from.

Love going in they ask your pay or his? Then know my order! Great service! Love the options! They even take care to make sure my gluten-free order is gluten-free! I recommend the bagels! And chai latte!
Good food, but had to remind the workers about my gluten allergy several times. Tried to use the same gloves as they had on a gluten sandwich, and the same spatula and bin of sauce rather than changing the spatula and bin for the gluten free pita. I haven't experienced this there before, so perhaps new workers? Please remind staff about avoiding cross contamination.
