Good breads and finally a bakery that makes low gluten einkorn bread! On the other hand, it’s REALLY A shame that the baker doesn’t make it in baguette format to be able to make sandwiches 😥. It’s also a shame that it doesn’t offer the BRIOCHE with a low gluten content. I admit that intolerant people are not spoiled in the area with ALL the bakeries there...
