Order placed for the first time. Shipped and received quickly. Everything was perfect and well packaged. Regarding the taste... I finally found croissants, pain au chocolat and brioches which are delicious without gluten. Wow, it’s been a long time. And as for the pastries, it's also killer whether you're gluten-free or not hehe thank you!

Great for gluten free, overall the food was stellar, but I did have to take lactaid since most of the hummus has dairy in it. The falafel and eggplant were some of the best I've had. We also got the sweet potato fries which were excellent.
Also so many NA drinks, I was a little overwhelmed with the options and just got sparkling water but they had a ton of juices, teas, and sparkling options without alcohol..love to see it.
They have gluten-free sweets!
The site is very well placed. They have excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. There are gluten-free cookies, cakes and cream cheese (yoghurt type).
On the other hand, salty is all normal, not suitable for celiacs.
The coffee was good. They are very friendly.
A must-visit for unique pastries and warm vibes, offering delightful treats that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.

Good morning;
we took two absolutes and a ruby and enjoyed ourselves. My mother being gluten intolerant, she had the opportunity to have a cake that she could eat (which is not common in pastries/bakeries) and she enjoyed it! As for me, the absolute is a pure delight. I highly recommend Maison Gélis as much for its quality as for its warm welcome.
THANKS !!
I took several different baguettes and cut bread. They really have a wide selection. In addition, everything is indicated below (low in gluten, very tender,...). Everything was very good even the cookies which were very large. The prices were very reasonable at the bakery level.
The staff is pleasant and smiling
I didn't taste the pastry.
Extraordinary baker who sells organic bread with ancient flours without pesticides. Large choice of breads (wholemeal, rye, etc.) and gluten-free (spelt, buckwheat). Well done to you!
Perfect spot for a shopping break with a wide selection of bagels, smoothies, and desserts, though cleanliness could use some attention.

I've been here several times with my mother and each time we look forward to coming back to take a break while we go shopping. Wide selection of bagels (there are also gluten-free bagels), toppings, menus, and smoothies. The desserts are also very good. On the other hand, I only gave 4 stars because one of the employees has long hair that is never tied up and almost touches the food and the sofas are no longer very clean/stained.

Although it is not in the center, and the climb to the church is long and steep, the walk is very pleasant and picturesque.
The dinner, prepared by the owners, was exquisite, full of nuances and flavors and perfectly taking care of my wife's gluten intolerance by adapting all the dishes.
The rooms are very tastefully decorated.
Sleeping in this place is a pleasure, calm and peaceful.
Expect an impressive range of sandwiches and a surprising selection of well-crafted salads that cater to different preferences.

I loved it, there were no salads on display but a whole assortment of sandwiches, paninis etc. except that I can't, I am gluten intolerant and the team immediately reacted by offering several salads, they were very considerate and for 7.50 per salad, I was surprised by the maousse salad, wow!! Chic then. Thank you, thank you for finally allowing me to eat without feeling rejected..
