100% gluten free restaurant in Cusco!
It’s a cute little restaurant where you don’t have to worry about ordering because everything is gluten free. If you‘re in Cusco go there.
The owner has celiac disease so he knows what he’s doing.

Great place for breakfast, all sorts of coffee specialities, conveniently located and great food+juices. They bake breads and pastries themselves and also offer gluten free bread which can be ordered for all sandwich and breakfast dishes. Vilma has been super friendly and we can only recommend.
Set within a beautiful old structure, this café offers a warm, modern ambiance with friendly, bilingual service. While it provides gluten-free options, caution is advised due to inconsistent preparation, making the atmosphere and service the primary highlights for visitors.

Eating in Peru with a gluten intolerance is difficult. This restaurant was a blessing. We went twice. Sat streetwise the first time and in the courtyard the second. It is a very cozy place. The food was good. We had the Gluten-free pizza 🍕 and the Gluten-free maccaroni (strangely, finding GF pasta in Peru is practically impossible). The service was friendly but not always present. We did get value for money here. With it's good location it is also a great place for people without allergies.
This bakery features a lovely courtyard and outdoor seating, offering a cozy and pleasant atmosphere perfect for relaxing. Guests can enjoy watching bakers at work in a setting that complements the healthy and delicious sourdough bread known for its exceptional quality.

The bread and pastries are the best I’ve ever tasted! I live in California and there are great bakeries here, but none like masamama. I only eat gluten free in the US (I don’t have celiac disease) but in Arequipa I can eat all of their sourdough bread with no problems. It’s healthy plus delicious.
