100% gluten free restaurant in Cusco!
It’s a cute little restaurant where you don’t have to worry about ordering because everything is gluten free. If you‘re in Cusco go there.
The owner has celiac disease so he knows what he’s doing.
Charming spot with a vintage vibe, delicious coffee, and standout breakfast options, it's a must-visit for a cozy atmosphere in Cusco.

Great service and delicious meal (very fresh ingredients)! Vilma was our server and was very attentive. Organika had gluten free substitutes/options for most of the menu as well. This was our second time here, and we will be back! :)
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with big portions and diverse menu options, making it perfect for groups and casual gatherings.

I ate at Jacks twice during my stay in Cusco and really enjoyed it both times. The cappuccino was delicious, and the cheesecake was also a treat. My wife had gluten-free bread with eggs, and I tried the oatmeal bowl once and the Cuslie bowl another time—both were very tasty. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco!
This cozy spot boasts unique pizza creations and a fantastic dessert selection, all in a laid-back atmosphere that encourages good vibes.

Eating in Peru with a gluten intolerance is difficult. This restaurant was a blessing. We went twice. Sat streetwise the first time and in the courtyard the second. It is a very cozy place. The food was good. We had the Gluten-free pizza 🍕 and the Gluten-free maccaroni (strangely, finding GF pasta in Peru is practically impossible). The service was friendly but not always present. We did get value for money here. With it's good location it is also a great place for people without allergies.
Experience unique sourdough delights that elevate your taste buds in a cozy spot that locals rave about!

The bread and pastries are the best I’ve ever tasted! I live in California and there are great bakeries here, but none like masamama. I only eat gluten free in the US (I don’t have celiac disease) but in Arequipa I can eat all of their sourdough bread with no problems. It’s healthy plus delicious.
