This place was everything I didn’t know could exist. Having celiac makes eating out hard, so when we arrived and asked what was gf, the owner’s response was “that would be anything on the menu. We can make it all gluten free.”
The food was incredible and we chatted with the owner here and there, he was super sweet and down to earth in the best of ways.
I had the French dip sandwich (a classic love I had before my diagnosis), and his gf bread was to die for! Both kinds, I even ordered a loaf to go. We had the butternut squash soup and a quinoa salad (simply amazing for both). My husband had the empanadas and kept moaning with each bite. We sampled more to see what we’d like and it ended being everything.
The food is so fresh and there’s plenty for plant based diets too.
Highly recommend for people like me or who might be vegan or just to enjoy the freshness
With a cozy vibe, unique decor, and a variety of bagel options, this spot is perfect for a warm, relaxed hangout with tasty treats.

After searching for "gluten free bakery" City Bagels and Bakery came up, and so we went.
When you first walk in, the decor and atmosphere is beautiful and there is alot of great seating options! It was really cold outside, so unfortunately each time the door opened, cold wind blasted in, but they had upstairs seating which was SO warm and cozy! Such a great place to sit, eat and visit! And the bathroom was gorgeous and clean.
Mostly thought, I was SO excited to have a gluten free bagel!! Most coffee shops have nothing but a granola bar for me, but City Bagels and Bakery had a delicious, chewy gluten free bagel! I got it toasted with veggie cream cheese and lox toppings. oh yum! SO good! My husband got a the spinach and feta (normal) bagel with plain cream cheese and said it was good. We shared the "gluten sensitive" Lemon Cream Pie, which was good because that thing was so sweet, creamy and rich. Way too rich to have eaten just by myself, but what a treat!! Again, usually not much for me to eat as a gluten sensitive person, and it was such a treat! My White Chocolate mocha with almond milk latte was delicious, and my husband got their drip coffee, which was just basic - nothing spectacular he said. We will definitely come back to this bakery when we visit Idaho Falls. Thank you for having Gluten free treats!!
Amazing flavors and textures make this spot a must-visit for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences—everyone leaves thrilled!

To be honest I was shocked to find this place offers gluten free options and are knowledgeable about preventing cross contamination for those who have celiac disease. The food was good, probably not the best burger I have ever had but it was good. I would recommend this place for a good burger and great French fries.
With a superb cauliflower crust and amazing sauce, this spot has delicious pizza that's definitely worth checking out.

The sauce on the pizza was amazing, my wife had the gluten free (cauliflower crust) & it was pretty good. The regular crust was by far the worst crust I have ever had. More like a stale cracker. Otherwise the food was pretty good, I just won't be getting the regular pizza crust again.

Went there to celebrate mom for Mother's day! Our waitress was AMAZING! Kelsie accommodated some gluten allergies in the family better than we've ever had before! The food was 10/10, but the service made it even better!
A cozy stop on your road trip, known for delicious coffee and standout sandwiches, all enjoyed in a welcoming atmosphere.

Gluten free lumberjack breakfast sandwich. Prepared on a separate surface.
Very friendly and helpful. Delicious coffee as well. Will come back for sure.
They take amazing care to not cross contaminate for those with Celiac Disease! They all changed gloves, washed hands and cleaned the assembly area to make sure it didn't get contaminated. They even asked if we wanted mayo packets instead of in the sandwich because the mayo contacts gluten! Way to go you guys!
Portion sizes were way to small. But the food itself was good! I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and they were very accommodating to that need - bringing me a special menu, letting me try some samples, etc. I'm very grateful for that.
