We drive a semi truck and we wanted pizza. I eat gluten free. I looked at the near by places and decided on Puccini's due to the rave reviews about the GF crust. We dropped the trailer at a truck stop and drove about 20 miles. I asked about the different sauces because....I DO NOT like red sauce on my pizza. I decided with the garlic/parm/butter for the sauce ON the pizza. We order our food to go. (Hubby got his own pizza). Our order is ready, we leave, I grab a piece of pizza en route back to our trailer....and the pizza has red sauce on it. I figure maybe there was some miscommunication between the guy at the register and myself. Whatever, we don't have time to go back. We got back to the trailer and now I can see the pizza...it has onions on it - I don't like onions and I did not order onions, I ordered mushrooms because they were fresh and not canned. There were no mushrooms on my pizza. I ordered GF crust, garlic/parm sauce, pepperoni, green pepper, black olives, and mushrooms. Either they gave me someone else's pizza or the cashier was not on his game. The hubby gives his Ultimate Warrior 4 stars. I would love to rate the GF crust however hard to tell with the red sauce on it. I scraped off most the red sauce because the cheese layer slid right off. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to some tasty pizza. - signed Pamela, the disappointed wife.

I tried it today but definitely got glutened! I ordered a butter burger with a gluten free bun and a side salad. My tummy is VERY upset an hour or so after eating it😩😩😩
everything was off from when we walked in the door. out front they had homeless people sitting and smoking cigs then when we ordered we got greeted by a rude staff that’s had us wait for the cashier to get back from taking some child to the store and then taking the child in the back around the counter then when ordering a gluten free bun they gave us a regular bun with a sticker saying it was gluten free staff is on the phone talking with someone while taking orders at the same time smh.!
I come in on a regular basis b/c they have great gluten free bread and they always hook me up with free drinks and free meal cards because of how frequently I eat there. Great food and even greater staff!
Panera makes a GREAT decaf almond milk mocha! The Palomar location in Lexington is my favorite, I love the quick ordering of lunch from the kiosks. They have some scrumptious gluten-free soups, and I can get chips or fruit instead of the bread, so I can actually eat out safely. I have a number of serious food allergies, and they're very conscious of making things correctly. It's a nice atmosphere, everyone works hard and maintains a good attitude. Highly recommend.

I don't know how they do it but virtually every Jersey Mike's I go to has the friendliest staff I've ever met, and this one is no exception.
Our order contained a gluten sensitivity request, and I think the reason we keep coming back to Jersey Mike's is because although we know it's an inconvenience for them to clean their food prep area for us they never make it seem like it, which we appreciate because we do feel bad but it's unfortunately not something we can avoid.
I have never been in a cleaner restraunt.
I'M not real happy about a medical need to go gluten free so I was delighted to find lettuce wraps on the menu-- and well made to boot. Crisp lettuce tightly wrapped so it didn't fall apart.
