We brought a challenge to Babycakes of creating a gluten, dairy, egg and processed sugar free cake for my wife's birthday. They experimented with a couple options and finally created a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting using local honey as the sweetener. It was delicious and a huge hit for the party. We were especially grateful because finding that kind of dessert is pretty rare around here and they were willing to expand on what they'd previously offered.
