I had an excellent time at Melt bar and Grilled. When I mentioned I was gluten free, the bartender Megan, was happy to grab be a gluten free menu for me. She answered my questions and was happy to help. The food was delicious.
This spot boasts a unique menu with diverse options, including standout chai and creative sandwiches, making it a must-visit for anyone nearby.

"GLUTEN FREE SHELLS!" says the menu. "GLUTEN FREE SHELLS!" says the cashier. "Flour tortilla," says the bag...
Went with my wife for some DF/GF taco's. Turns out, despite it saying GF in bold on the menu, they are not gluten free.
Also of note, they have missing items on their menu.
And as for the "Avocado taco" you might assume it would come with fresh avocado. Unfortunately, they've opted to use processed avocado paste. Wasn't even acceptable. Just bad.
Chicken taco was almost there. But the chicken was significantly overcooked.
I ended up eating in front of my wife and she searched Google for another restaurant. Not the date we were hoping for.
And I'm not sure the cashier understood that vegan cheese is dairy free.
fabulous place! unique variety on the menu. truly something for everyone ADN vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly! the service was amazing. love the atmosohere. hidden gem 😊
Amazing place to eat and for my gluten-free family, they have something called an unwich. All of their sandwiches are available in a Lettuce wrap and they gave it such a cute name the "unwich".
We ordered an extra cheese gluten free pizza and an Italian hoagie. That was one of the best gluten free pizzas I've ever eaten. My daughter and I polished off the whole pie. My husband and son enjoyed the hoagie.
A unique spot with plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices, plus free avocado on pitas, making for a healthy and tasty dining experience.

Think of this as Subway for pitas, only much better. Personally, I love the fact that they have multiple vegetarian/vegan options, including labeling which sauces are free of gluten, dairy, etc. Also, you can get smashed avocado on your pita for no additional cost (at this location, some differ). At Subway, that is a $2 upcharge.
I first fell in love with Pita Pit in college, 20+ years ago, and now I go there because it is that rare restaurant with healthy and tasty options.
