I love this place. I've had the best sandwiches of my gluten-free existence here. The combination of fresh toasting with great ingredients and good gluten-free bread makes all the difference, and causes me to be willing to pay $17 for a sandwich only.
That said, the last two visits I have been completely unsatisfied as they have been out of gluten-free bread options. They do have a wrap but it's not nearly as satisfying.
It's understandable that an establishment might run out of something, but so far it's two for two. The last visit, the guy taking my order was oddly rude and never told me they were out but rather just served the wrong sandwich bread. Today, she didn't know when taking my order but someone did come out and give me the option of a refund or a wrap. Since I'm hangry by this point, I have to take the wrap option. Knowing that it won't be satisfying and feel overpriced which is my pet peeve with restaurants...There's no way I would pay $17 for a wrap sandwich under regular circumstance.
So while this might have just been bad luck on my part, I hope that they get their inventory for gluten-free back in control and continue to make amazing sandwiches and contribute to the community.
I feel bad leaving anything but 5/5 for a great community establishment. I'll revise if it's better next time, though I'm far less motivated to return now.
I love this place! They’ve never ever messed up my sandwich and price and quality are top knotch 👍🏼. I only have a few suggestions. With how many locations there are all over the U.S. I’m surprised there aren’t these options already, but you guys should considering caring like one skew of vegan cheese or at least a vegan mayo option. Also please add a tipping section for online orders, these people deserve tips cause they do such an amazing job and are always so kind. I feel bad when I go in to pick up my order cause I never have cash on me. Please consider that atleast. Also gluten free bread ?
The food tastes great, but the only reason I gave it two stars is because the portion is very small. Burgers are small, grilled cheese sandwiches are literally the size of the tiny gluten-free bread that they sell at the store, french fry portions are very small. Portions are not really worth the money that you spend here.
These sandwiches are a dream. Whatever you do, it’s probably a fabulous idea to add Jimmy mustard and peppers. Super efficient and fast, convenient location, delivery and pickup options, and affordable for the amount you get. There is a lettuce wrap option if you can’t have gluten. Team members have been friendly and upbeat and made the experience even better!
Tucked away in a corporate corner, this charming spot is a must-visit for its impressive range of options and delightful atmosphere.

We're from out of state & this hidden gem is a 10/10 mom & pop eatery, tucked into a cute corperate corner. With fast service, kind people, & AMAZING food.
They have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, & even keto options! So it's a great pick for even the strictest of diets 😉
I'm so glad we were recommended this place (by family who also love the food) on a day the shop is open.
The ONLY complaint I have is they aren't open on weekends (so we could get food on our way back out of state lol) however this is understandable to want a weekend & I appreciate your hard work 💙
Personally, to the owners, thank you for a wonderful meal & a fantastic addition to visiting Portland!
