Ordered a large order in advance. They had no problem accommodating and the order was ready at the time I requested. They helped carry it out to the car as well. I ordered 15 regular pies & 1 gluten free pie. The staff I purchased pizza for was thrilled when I showed up with Greg's. The non-gluten free pizza was for the staff. I had the gluten free so I can't comment on the regular pizza (it was all gone though). The gluten free was the BEST gluten free pizza I ever had. No funny after taste, no causing stomach pain & the best part is it tasted like a crispy thin crust pizza-really couldn't tell the difference!
Known for its exceptional sandwiches, there's a common issue with the indoor temperature being a little too warm.

Just had such a bad customer service experience. When my husband and I ordered two gluten free subs the woman had an attitude when we told her it was an allergy, when I told her I was pregnant and needed my meat grilled she yelled back at the person on grill and they both implied in their tone that it was a massive hassle. I decided to leave and try a different Jersey Mikes as other locations have been much more accommodating about the gluten allergy and pregnancy. So thankful JM offers amazing gf bread, but this location’s customer service was the OPPOSITE of hospitable :(

I ordered table side delivery via the app. I use the app for delivery all the time, and it was the same system ordering for the table as anything else. It's black Friday at noon, so the store is very, very busy. We got our drinks in under 2 minutes, and our food arrived right in the 20 minute window given by the app. All of the food was made exactly to order (my wife is gluten and dairy allergic so I am very specific with her order). Very good experience, will definitely come back when in the area again.

Finally made it in and it was delicious! Staff and I'm assuming the owners were so nice and accommodating. Place was decently busy and service was fast and friendly. The gluten free bagel was probably one of if not the best tasting gluten free bread products at a restaurant that I've had. We will be back.
Super happy, friendly employees. You could tell by the atmosphere that they enjoyed working together. They were very mindful and accommodating for my daughter who can not have gluten. The Subs were fantastic!!! Probably the best subs in the aera. We will go back and recommend to others.
