It’s bizarre that this place doesn’t offer a nut-free strudel, even though they have about 20 different kinds. They do consider gluten-free options — although they didn’t have any available at the time either. What bothered me most was the way it was handled: I asked if the strudels contained nuts, and got a careless response — “I don’t know…” Only then did she think to ask her colleague whether any of them contained nuts.

Every year we look forward to visiting the Möseralm again. There is something for all preferences at the self-service buffet. The gluten-free dishes for people with celiac disease are prepared and served separately. We have never had any problems during all of our visits. to complain about contamination. The service is super friendly and it doesn't take long for the plate covers or the trays with the empty plates to be cleared away. You always feel comfortable there.
