I went in to check out this place as I'm on a gluten-free diet, as are several other family members. What a great selection of buns, bagels, and breads all gluten-free free. Im so happy I found this place as I also found the prices very reasonable.
A charming bistro with creative menus and a cozy vibe, perfect for special occasions but reservations are a must due to its limited seating.

I booked a Mother’s Day dinner at The Table Bistro to celebrate my mom, and it was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional—and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Taylor.
Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful with my little one. She had fantastic recommendations and made us feel so well taken care of. Her attentiveness and warmth truly elevated our evening—she turned a lovely dinner into a true 5-star experience.
My mom and I both have gluten allergies, and we were so impressed by the number of delicious, high-quality gluten-free options available. It’s rare to feel so confident and included when dining out, but The Table Bistro really delivered.
The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all top-tier. I can honestly say I’ve yet to have a better experience at a restaurant. Highly recommend The Table Bistro—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Taylor as your server!

My past review was a mistake on my phone. I love the atmosphere. I really wish they would keep frozen gluten free bread so I can eat too. Coffees great.
Went for an early morning breakfast meeting. Very few people in the restaurant. Coffee was hot and refills were prompt. Food came hot and was tasty. Options on the breakfast menu are very limited. If you need gluten or dairy free, there isn't much on the menu for you.

The best bakery in Abbotsford in my opinion. They always have the best pastries and I appreciate the gluten free options available daily. The staff is amazing and always cater to my complicated drink orders. Love them!

Shar did an amazing job we had a large family group, she attended us very well, the service was fast and all of our orders were accurate, even with special concerns for gluten and allergies. Thanks for the great experience on my grandmothers memorial service day
Great atmosphere. Fantastic beer and wine choices. Desserts are excellent (very European). Lunch menu just what we were looking for. Price is reasonable. Some gluten free options. Weird location, tbh (tucked away and a little out of the way) wish it were closer to my work or main areas of town. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Reuben wasn't what my friends hoped for; thick sliced meat is harder to chew and enjoy.
Staff are amazing when it come to allergies. She was able to help me with the gluten free options and was so knowledgeable. Great food, great staff, will definitely be returning!
A bustling spot with a diverse menu, where unique dish selections keep guests coming back, despite occasional service delays.

Absolutely delish food! Service is most times a bit on the slower side as it gets really busy and takes longer for drinks to come out then food. Very inviting and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Would suggest updating their menu though as we asked for an item that was labelled gluten free and were told that the recipe had changed and it was no longer gluten free. It was disappointing to say the least.
Otherwise excellent food.
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, perfect for light bites or brunch, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return!

My daughter and I, along with my 6 month grandson, visited Little Sprout for lunch today.
The food was truly delicious. I had the Southern Chicken Sandwich and my daughter had the Mediterranean Chicken Burger and both were wonderful.
We finished it off with a pot of tea each and a slice of yummy banana bread for my daughter as well as a huge raisin and date muffin for myself.
The service was amazing, even the chef came out to chat.
The cafe isn’t huge but it is well worth visiting for a light snack, breakfast or lunch. Many vegetarian options as well as gluten free bread. It was spotlessly clean and even had a baby changing table in the washroom.
Will I visit again, absolutely yes.
Highly recommend!

Crossroads is a nice little diner! Staff is great, service is quick and food is delicious.
I highly recommend this spot for weekend brunch or next family meal. My fiancé is celiac and was able to eat here as well (she got the Denver omelette with GF toast and shredded hashbrowns - the best shredded hashbrowns)
I was extremely hungry and got the hungry man breakfast, safe to say I left a full man.
Expect a cozy family-run spot known for mouthwatering, flavorful shawarma and affordable, crispy bites that make for a great date night.

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and am always thrilled by the food. The shawarma and meat is so flavourful and moist, definitely one of the best shawarmas I’ve had in the Vancouver/Abbostford area.
It is a family run business, and the owner is very kind and helpful. My husband is celiac and the owner double checked the ingredients of the fries to see if they were safe (unfortunately they were not gluten friendly) but he did love the shawarma on rice platter.
Came in on a Thursday for a 7pm dinner and we’re seated right away. Really good. Good and diverse options on the menu. Food was a bit expensive for the portion size you get. I ordered a steak frites which is supposed to be a 6oz steak and I got a pathetic cut about 4oz if that. Otherwise it was cooked to the perfect medium rare but it was too chewy even for a medium rare not really a melt in your mouth cut of steak. Also I ordered a cheeseburger with a gluten free bun which fell apart on me mid dining. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant from a box not impressed. Super dry. However, the sauce on the burger was good, service was prompt, sides should be bigger as well as all other portions. I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you want to get your moneys worth.
Ordered Gluten free roti yesterday with aloo gobi sabji and basin(sweet) as a treat. I called in advance to advise them that I'm Celiac and have a severe allergy to gluten. They assured me they make note of such allergies and will not cross contaminate; they'd wash the pan before cooking the roti and double check the spices for the aloo gobi, do not contain gluten as well. I ordered the basin knowing it should be gluten free (it's made from chana flour-chick pea flour). Everything tasted great! They do a great job with the GF roti. It tasted very similar to regular roti. I haven't been able to eat roti in years and missed it a lot. Thank you for providing a gluten free option. I didn't react negatively in any way and was very pleased with the food you prepared for me!

Quite a nice place with really reasonable prices. Not overly expensive but the money goes to support the incredible charity, MCC. Got lots of decent breakfast and lunch options; mostly soup, salad, and sandwiches. If you're on a gluten free diet, you can get any of their burgers without a bun and the fries are delicious.

This is a great coffee shop to meet up with friends or sit with your laptop. The customer service is outstanding. The coffee is fantastic. Their pastries are amazing. They even had some gluten-free vegan options for me. The parking is limited, but there are spots available. It's very close to a freeway exit, so the location is super convenient.
Ladies here were so understanding of our serious gluten allergy. Let us keep the original meal that was cross contaminated too! Would definitely recommend this location
Tasty dishes shine here, but watch for menu mix-ups and lack of compensation if things go awry.

The Food we got was really tasty, only complaint is they didn't have the apple slices on the kids menu, but didn't tell us until we had given our full order, our waitress went to kitchen and then came back. Also she mixed up our extras cups for our milkshakes. Which wouldn't have been a big deal except mine had cheesecake (Graham cracker crumbs) and my niece is gluten free. They remade her shake but never compensated our bill.... Oh well
