Crappy restaurant
● We order a hamburger that is gluten-free and dairy-free.
They put a sauce on it with milk. And then they don't want to make new ones. Only if we pay 13 euros again.
● My friend therefore ate both sandwiches. And these were extremely dry. Both gluten-free and those with gluten
● The meat was also very dry
● One of the buns contained a hair belonging to the chef
We tried the Brunch: a killer! Very qualitative, generous, homemade. On order gluten-free: banana pancakes and mini Burger in addition. We had a great time with friends and family! I recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Informal place with a well-designed menu that can satisfy all needs. The chef also helped us with a little girl with celiac disease by inventing a very welcome salad. Quality raw materials make the difference as does the kindness of the staff. Prices in line with what is consumed.

I see that I didn't take the time to write a review even though I come to eat at Chez Gaia (or at least have a cake) whenever the opportunity presents itself 😊
Everything is good and the welcome is always warm and smiling. I have never been disappointed... there are often gluten-free dishes and cakes so that's a real plus 👌🏻
