Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

It's a pity that gluten-free pizza bases are ready-made (they are tasteless). It would be perfect if the gluten-free dough was made on-site. The rest of the gluten-free and gluten-free dishes are very tasty. Gluten-free desserts are very good.

A place with typical Ladin cuisine that is absolutely worth trying! Refined dishes with refined flavors (despite the dishes being traditional ones), studied down to the smallest detail with particular attention also for those who are vegetarian/vegan or celiac (with dedicated dishes, which is by no means a given!). A special mention to the desserts which are spectacular (exquisite kaiserschmarren!) as is the house herbal amaro. Optimal! The furnishings are also warm and welcoming. It's like being inside a wedding favor! Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended!!!

We went to this restaurant recommended by the structure that hosted us for our weekend between the lake and the mountains. We spent a lovely evening pampered by excellent quality cuisine. A mixed house starter with quality cured meats accompanied by a potato flan and a sour note of sauerkraut marinated in cumin. This was followed by a trio of meat selections paired with storo polenta and crispy bacon and a perfectly cooked Argentinian beef fillet. The classic sliced ​​beef with rocket and parmesan is also excellent. Last but not least, a gluten-free cake with almonds and chocolate. Delightful. The price is good and in line with what was ordered. Friendly, precise and professional staff.

Excellent location .... we stopped for lunch after reaching the summit of Costalta ... the food is good and the staff is friendly but above all it is certified gluten-free so I ate a plate of their ricotta gnocchi which are truly delicious they even brought me a hot sandwich! Super!

Exquisite dishes, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Also highly recommended for those who are gluten intolerant: our celiac friend felt pampered by the attention dedicated to us and the delicious dishes offered to her too. Very welcoming environment. In short, it has become one of my favorite restaurants in Trentino! I will definitely return there.

Special mention goes to the restaurant inside where you eat very well and spend the right amount. The Chef, his wife and Alessandro were always available and friendly. Pasta and pizza gluten-free possible!!! Since we couldn't get much gluten-free food at any other restaurant, we spontaneously went to Ristorante Paradiso. We were warmly welcomed and right from the start all the options for eating gluten-free were listed to me. In fact, great care was taken to ensure that it was not contaminated. This also applied to pizza and pasta. Therefore it was my first and only pizza in Italy on vacation. Thank you for that! The gluten free pizza was a pizza with grilled vegetables. She was very tasty. Everything seemed very familiar, open and friendly on site. It was also well attended, even though we came to dinner so “late” (8:30 p.m.).

Space cabin! Truly unique view as you can see from the photo. Restaurant also equipped with a pizzeria with a large menu and various solutions for celiacs. There are many seats inside but just as many are out of sight of the mountains. Right portions of dishes and prices in line. Large and clean bathrooms. Attentive and helpful staff. I recommend stopping here for a nice meal overlooking the mountains.
